Pretty sure thats why the hardcore feuds was so f-ed, because the AI had to constantly change things in the background due the constant title changes. Vader suddenly showing up on Raw is 100% because some things got messed up, because he was feuding with the Big Show. Then Austin got the title, so the AI got frazzled and gave Vader a Raw feud.
unfortunately games in this day couldn't make title matches on raw and smackdown unless you did it through custom match, title matches were always auto generated on PPVs only

Speaking from experience, if I could make a suggestion (if you guys even choose to continue this), I'd manually go into match creator for each match type and add a time limit, I used to go for 20 minutes and that generally helped save instances like that one match from happening.

This game had a mechanic where if you started to crawl your submission meter would deplete really fast so that’s the reason that match wouldn’t end
