We were so surprised to hear this American jazz classic in of all places Venice, Italy!! You never know what you'll come across when traveling! It was an amazing evening; will never forget it. PS did not have dinner there; very expensive! 😂😂😂😅

One of the instructors he had (this was about 1985 or 1986) was the same instructor my brother was to have 5 years later, Janet Swanzy. I was told that she gave him a C in her course. Pretty ridiculous. It goes to show you that these universities are really out of it, many of them, and their assessment of ability and performance is biased. Note that this was only a few years before he became FAMOUS. This film was his breakthrough. He also went to Jesuit High School at New Orleans, a school my brother graduated from and which I attended for a year. (Oh, and I went to Loyola as well. :))

I have always loved this movie and soundtrack. I saw Harry three times in concert when I was little then made my friend drive two hours with me to see him in college and shake his hand. This was years ago but still my favorite movie and one of my favorite songs and live performers ❤
