I'm thinking of using this for a Senior Center I work at. I sang for a living, and with COVID now enacting lockdown, our Seniors can no longer visit. BUT, we offer Meals on Wheels for pick up. And I had this crazy thought to entertain them each time they drive up. I mean... they can sit in their cars, eat lunch....and I will perform.

A few things that would make this better… Wireless mics! Also the ability to connect up to 4 mics! I can’t see why this hasn’t been added yet. Wires just get in the way and I know a lot of people that use 4 singers when doing karaoke!

What Im looking for is a karaoke machine similar to the ps3 singstar in that it has a screen that you can sing along with real songs, lyrics etc basically like singstar but a stand alone machine

Thank you for this video.. I want to get back into doing videos (erased all my content except on my back up page. ""my solo compilations"") but I want to do something different than I did on my main page. Something more musical like my back up page.. I have a full PA in storage and I dont want to dig it all out, not to mention I dont have a place to hook it all up.. So I am looking at something more like this.. I am a little concerned it may not be loud enough if I was playing a guitar through a half stack not overly loud but loud enough that you couldnt hear your regular voice unless it came through the mic. Is this loud enough for that??
Can you stack vocals when recording
Too bad their store doesn't have karaoke tracks for Devin Townsend, Steven Wilson, Porcupine Tree, Opeth, or pretty much any other band I listen to. I thought about picking up one just to have a convenient way to do some karaoke with the family, but I think I'll stick to my current method of using an Universal Audio Apollo Twin Quad with their DSP reverb options running to a set of PA speakers.

I would love a machine like this, however I can't find it in stock anywhere. Also, there are so many bad reviews I wonder if it's been discontinued because of the problems people had with it. I hope to hear what you think.

Will any karaoke app work with this device?
Around 9:16, you mention being able to do this. Would like to know if anyone has tried it (the Stingray/SingingMachine app gets poor reviews). Can you connect your phone/tablet to this device via Bluetooth? Figured if I could use a better karaoke app, I can get latest karaoke songs AND cast my phone/tablet to a TV (if needed).
Hesitate about just relying on the USB (limited space, have to purchase & transfer each song...bleh...seems cumbersome).
Anyone have feedback on this topic?
So you can bluetooth your phone or tablet and use TH-cam or any other Karaoke app. The only thing that won't work is the direct TV to HDMI feature that comes with the downloadable tracks. But I could just as easily chromecast the video to my TV from youtube, and audio to the machine via bluetooth and boom you've expanding the possibilities
Is there an audio output on this to run it through your home stereo instead of the speaker?

Can you Bluetooth the audio from a smart tv and just use the youtube app on the smart tv? So the video I’m assuming would all be on the tv, and the audio would be coming out of the speaker?

You can!! I did that mostly TBH and with chrome cast I can cast the YT to my tv and bluetooth the audio to this if I really want a karaoke party

Yes! Buuut you need their karaoke files that go on the usb
So can you just Bluetooth connect with iPhone and sing non karaoke songs from your Spotify app? It would be nice to be able to play my Spotify thru this machine. Please let me know. I am planning on getting this as a Christmas gift!!

I would buy it if you could record from your own tracks instead of having to buy them from Stingray. Glad I found that out before buying it. That's why you read reviews.

Not on the machine itself, you have to use the Karaoke in the key already that you want it to be in.
