    Lovage is a favorite and Fenugreek tea, daily, 44 years worth.

    Thank you.. you're so correct on the feeling of self gratitude of making your own medicines, salves, tinctures. I love growing and foraging medicinal as well as edible foods after all food is our medicine.

    Tulsi or Holy Basil. Totally body herb with a mild yet peppery taste.

      I’ve heard so much another tulsi! I wanted to grow it this year, but I started the seeds too late. Next year!

    St John's wort, echinacea, and Valerian are the herbs we use the most. We love growing medicinal herbs.

      I’d really like to start growing valerian this year. I just need to figure out where to put it! So many plants, so little room 😂

    Remember: so many plants ar killers. Try a cup of hemlock tea, and you will not tell the tale....

      Of course! Plants are powerful and some are lethal. I’m not telling anyone to plant hemlock in their garden though 😉
