    Love this creation Vivian, will definitely will try it. The flowers are nasturtiums and are very easy to grow and edible.
    I suffer with OCD which is managed with therapy and pills. The trouble is I cannot control my thoughts when I’m sleeping and sometimes hold my breath in my sleep, I always wake up in a panic and it takes me a few seconds to remember how to breath!
    I have just become a patron because I believe in you ♥️

      Ohhh yes, I think my mom used to grow them too! It's some sort of cress, quite bitter right? I'm so sorry to hear about your breathing troubles at night, I hope you find some peace in that soon. And thank you for becoming a patron!! What is your name on there? 😊

    I’m laughing so hard because at 19:15 when you were talking out taking a deep breath and sighing every once in a while, I heard my dog, Ollie, from across the room let out the biggest deep breath and decided to take a nap. I’m convinced he can understand us. He’s a sweet fluffy weirdo lol. 😂

    I have anxiety and I wouldn't say I completely hold my breath, but I do sometimes breathe, like, not deep enough? I'll still be breathing, but not as much as I should be. Especially when my anxiety is really bad, then I have to try really hard to breathe deeply.

    • @ThePaperLetterBlog
      @ThePaperLetterBlog  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's usually the same for me. Like I'll take shallow breaths, and I think that might actually make me extra tired!

    Hi! I was wondering what type of glue you use to decorate your letters and envelopes? 💐

    • @ThePaperLetterBlog
      @ThePaperLetterBlog  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Tacky glue or regular craft glue! :)

    • @ThePaperLetterBlog
      @ThePaperLetterBlog  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Never those glue tape rollers as they dissolve so fast, but sometimes a glue stick. Usually liquid glue as mentioned before!

    Hoi Vivian,
    ik heb gisteren mijn crop a dile binnengekregen en ik ben al uren bezig met achterhalen welke eyelets ik hiervoor kan kopen. Ik ben volledig in de war. Ik heb al een paar video's van je bekeken maar ik kom er niet uit. Kan je elke maat eyelets kopen? ik weet dat er namelijk veel 5mm verkocht word, maar volgens mij maakt de tool kleinere gaatjes? Kan je de craftelier eyelets gebruiken met de crop a dile?

    • @ThePaperLetterBlog
      @ThePaperLetterBlog  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hai, ik heb 2 verschillende maten maar ik weet niet of er meer zijn? Er zit als het goed is een handleiding in de verpakking, daarin staat dat je die pinnetjes bovenin kunt draaien. Op craftelier staan volgens mij 2 maten, die kun je inderdaad allebei gebruiken 🙂

    I'm really late to this post and I think not breathing well is actually really common, particularly when stressed. I think that's the real basis for all of the "just breathe" stuff that is now just an affirmation and so meaningless to people who discount the positivity of affirmations for whatever reasons. When I'm anxious that's actually the first sign my adult son and my boyfriend note... I make almost gasping sounds every so often that I'm unaware of because I'm holding my breath. So is it normal? I think no... we're designed to breathe, it's required to live. Not breathing for any reason is always abnormal. Is it common? I think very much yes. Much more common than any of us is really aware of. xoxo

    Can completely relate to the breathing, I won't breathe often enough or it will be too shallow and not deep enough. I've heard it described as breathing only into the back of your throat instead of deep belly breaths, so when noticing I try to take as deep of breaths as possible and that feels almost strange but also like such a relief and tends to calm my heart and anxiety too. So glad to hear that you're enjoying yoga and meditation and I think the reminder to breathe and take a good deep breath then imagine all the stress leaving your body as you exhale is always a good reminder ✨

    • @ThePaperLetterBlog
      @ThePaperLetterBlog  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That makes sense, I'm also doing the deep belly breaths whenever I can. It's a good practise! And thank you for the kind words!

    About the breathing, I also have this problem. I totally forget to breathe. It gets really bad when I’m anxious as well. I also live in constant pain, so my breathing is really bad, and I would explain it as “sloppy” as well. That’s a perfect word for it. I hold my breath a lot and I take very shallow and short breaths too. It’s actually painful for me to take a deep breath...which I realize sounds dramatic, but it’s true. It’s very normal for me, so I can totally relate to that haha. Anyway, this project is incredible! I always get to excited when you post, so that you for making my day!!! You’re amazing Vivian! Thank you for anyways being so real and honest with us! 💕
