September 31st is actually correct, however, the date discussed indicates the date the measurement took place, as opposed to the day of the terrorist attacks. I hope this helps. Professor Hozack

      I think Maximilian's point was that there is no such date as September 31st, as there are only 30 days in September - not that you had mistakenly said that the terrorist attack was on September 31st.
      Nevertheless, great video. Thanks!
