Sitting in the sun,drinking a beer, that’s what I call, living the dream. I’ve done it often on my trips abroad. The food you cooked up in the motor home, looked delicious. Top marks to you both for feeding the stray cats. If you keep doing that, the cats will become more relaxed around you. Dan and Mazzy, only just found your youtube channel, really enjoying it, So nice too see you caring for the wild cats, we did the same a few years back whilst on holiday there, we used to accompany an elderly english lady who lived in Benidorm who would go around feeding numerous cats in the morning and again in the evening, also a spanish charity would pay to get the cats spayed which would help to control their numbers, Enjoy your adventures around Spain, we will be doing the same in October 2023, keep up the great videos,
Stray animals tend to want to become yours once you feed them. That said, I could never turn away a hungry critter. Never have, never will. You may have to shut your door but you never have to shut your heart. Love and greetings of the season to you both. P.S. Your dinner looked delicious. Consider your collective tummies rubbed.

Hi Dan & Mazzy, we knew you would need more time, so much to see and do, sounds like Mazzy has the Beni Bug, the corner bar does great food, Ashley the owner used to be at the hotel Rio Park, entertainment manager and part of a Take That tribute band. No chance of getting homesick in Benidorm with all your favourite foods and drink, u can still get the local larger for 1 euro at Fosters sports bar. Your roast looked great, the Yorkshire Pride has 4 bars they do good breakfasts and roasts, keep the videos coming and have fun .

Hello couple, I am sure that some of the ingredients of that Christmas meal could be bought in a Spanish supermarket and it would be cheaper and fresher, for example, brussels sprouts, peas, mashed potatoes, turkey and carrots. In any Mercadona you have those ingredients and at local prices.

We’ve ate in corner bar Benidorm, good food and a cracking breakfast, try an evening in Rock n roll bar near corner bar and catch the football on Saturday in the sports bar next door if your still there, Calpe and beni seem to have boosted your mood

Hi Dan - are you sure it's the shampoo and not the clothes itching you? I'm asking because I have a problem with the tags in clothes. I've to remove them all with scissors or they will itch me very bad. And then I've to scratch the same spot you did ;-)
We used to pop down to a bar in little britain for food, called Rovers Return. I'm sure they did a Lancashire hot pot. I think they're shrunk since the pandemic so I don't know if they still do the same.

My wife is allergic to just about anything, the only stuff she can use is either Fairy, Persil or Almat (Aldi own brand) but they must be non-bio. Try these and I think you'll be fine Dan
You need swimming shorts. That way if you can’t swim with your arm, you could still get benefit from wearing them in the sun. My daughter has eczema and the only powder/gel/pods she can use is surf. A lot think it’s the powder but it’s the softener added If you like the smell then take antihistamine to help with itching. Better to get more chain for later, in case you get bigger bikes or scooters x
You are both absolutely wonderful for feeding the kitties - but for the future, cats should not have tomatoes or tomato sauce - not good for them. Luv you both!!!

Not sure if the feed box was for rats. Hope it was for cats. The people that think it’s cruel,should go without food themselves. I think they only run away as they are used to people chasing them away. Bless them. L so love our little pussy cats, they sit with us every night in their knee blankets. We just brought a new chair I loved one of our cars sat on it. So I put a blanket in the chair, one ofou cats has taken a 600 pound over we still haven’t sat in it yet . Hehe pleased you liked your Xmas dinner. Xxx

that was a huge looking Christmas dinner. About the feral (wild) cats, it is illegal in a lot of places about Spain to feed the wild cats. Where I live it is illegal and we are banned from feeding them. Why you might ask!!! Well the main reason is that feeding feral cats can lead to the proliferation of colonies in the city and these colonies can be a threat to public health. Feral cats lack vet checks and they can carry a variety of illnesses/diseases. Not to mention that they produce unpleasant smells and messes as well as bothersome noises. Feeding feral cats attracts more cats to the area , they breed, multiply and spread disease amongst the colonies. Sometimes I have went against the rules and fed young kittens especially.
Itchy from the soap, I make sure that the unscented is actually unscented, no dyes, no perfumes. I have noticed that both of you have been scratching on camera about the same time about the same amount. So the soap may be an issue, I hope it is not something to do with the water, Can this be a thing?

Are they stray domestic cats or wildcats? Spain does have wildcats. I wouldn’t feed a wildcat because I don’t want it hanging around being a threat to the neighborhood domestics. Ah, I see it’s a black cat and I think that means it probably isn’t a wildcat.
That Christmas dinner looked absolutely gorgeous. I agree with you about the food costing more but if its what you enjoy and you havent had a home cooked meal like that in a long time you deserve it. Better than paying about 50€ in a restaurant and not enjoying it. Mazzy you look so happy . Loving the Benidorm vlogs❤

Ozay also get that itch from washing powder/gel etc. what we do is we do an extra rinse after the wash cycle has finished. This does the job👍👍👍👍
