From my own personal experience, seek out a volunteer organization that appeals to you. There are innumerable people/animals/causes that need the help of individuals of good will. This act helps to serve two purposes: One is that you will find yourself surrounded by a new group of colleagues who will almost certainly not be evil. Secondly, your motivation to be purposeful in the lives of others removes the tendency to focus on the pain and strife currently troubling you. As I mentioned earlier, this is only my experience, but it has changed my life so much for the better that I felt it my duty to share. I wish you peace and hope you will consider my words. 🙏

Hey, try to focus on the evil within you and try to work on yourself and your sinful behaviour with the help of God and of your spiritual father. And when you find yourself judging others, try to pray for them instead and also ask God to help you love them. We can't do anything good without God's help and grace. Remind yourself to be humble and say in your mind ,,I am in no way superior to them, I am a sinner". Ask God to humble you!

Protestants love telling everyone they are going to hell, orthodox Christianity isn't a religion, it's simply the church Jesus started and we kept his teachings for 2000 years, also no one prays to Mary but we pray for the intercessions of Mary and the saints , to answer your question btw no there is no rosary in the orthodox church
