Victor your video was awesome man. I loved the catch, clean, and cook. I really liked the break down of everything including the cleaning of the boat and how that was done with the solution used. The cooking break down with the temperature of the fish and the sides were awesome. Keep up this style of video for other fish cooks. Also showing the saltwater clean off the boat was very informative addition. Great work buddy

Aeoli is basically Garlic Mayo. Two most important ingredients in Mayo is canola oil and egg yolk. You emulsify it and can then flavor it (often with garlic). Aioli’s Two main ingredients is olive oil and garlic. Your emulsify that with things like egg yolk and lemon juice….. so they’re very similar.

Thanks for giving Garlic the respect it deserves. Many people do not even use garlic. They make steaks without garlic. I am of cuban decent and garlic is a staple in mojo. Also Cumin, oregano, Basil, Onions, celery Carrots, But pepper which is a staple for Red necks is all they use with salt. So I use Italian, cuban, Chilean, Spain, Israeli, last is american food style.
