I've been seeing metal and hard rock shows for decades, l now go with my oIder son and l have legit miId hearing Ioss. l regret nothing 😁🤘 We have tickets to see Pantera/Lamb of God next month and l can't wait to go Iose some more 😂👍🏼
Johnny! If you see this, Back in 2006 on a episode of Headbangers Ball hosted by Jasta, I submitted a question to Vinny Paul about A7X's cover of "Walk" and it was read to him on the show. He immediately talked about the Rev and sharing a bottle of Patron with him. This clip/post got me in the heart. Much love. RIP Rev.
@@DankoHidalgo yeah it’s bad enough that these morons can’t use homophones correctly. Now out of nowhere, they started using “would of, could of” and such. It’s insane.
I saw AX7 with the lead singer from Hatebreed cover Walk in the mid 00's. Synyster even broke out a Dixie Rebel to play it. One of the best concert moments of my life.
I was at Jimmys grave and a man in robes walked up. It was Jimmys father We talked and shared stories. Joseph invited us over to Jimmys car where we sat and listened to the demo that Jimmy had turned to finish the album. It had Jimmy singing. It was amazing to actually be there. His father is an extremely nice man. Jimmy looked much like his dad. 🦇❤️. foREVer ❤️🦇
Joe is a remarkable person much like his son was. Got to have the whole experience as you and run into him from time to time. Grew up off Ellis and Beach. Miss you Jimmy. foREVer.
The whole "Mike Patton" line killed me! That shit is so relatable as a musican/Patton fan. Jimmy was a force of nature that we won't ever see again in rock/metal again. R.I.P., my dude.
Can definitely feel the difference in the bands creativeness and the absence of Jimmy's Lyrical genius. That being said, I think this venture that Johnny has created is truly amazing and shows a more personable side of a larger than life celebrity.
@@brandonjohnson191 Dudes, Johnny had Matt on the show a couple months ago when he was playing Jenga with John Dolmayan from S.O.A.D. - go search the videos on this channel for the episode.
@@hinjurock70 right on, I'm an occasional viewer, not really a follower of it or the band but it was about PANTERA so I watched this one. I'll have to check that one out though, thanks.
@@brandonjohnson191 Same here - I just discovered this show last night when the Pantera episode came up in my recommended videos. Then I browsed his other videos.
@@hinjurock70 I've watched a few of them, the ones with the wives are cool cuz they talk about the bands history. I'm sure the hardcore fans know most of it already but, I enjoyed them, it's always interesting to hear how people meet and how bands got started and what they were like before becoming successful and famous.
When you guys performed mouth for war with vinnie paul was awesome too, i really wanna a7x see old school song cover more in future or maybe recording SOST song again would be cool
It's really funny when he talks about how it's seemingly impossible for somebody to get up and play unexpectedly. In Jazz circles it is expected that if you go in a club to listen to people and they know you can play and they ask you to go up your expected to go. If you suck you suck they hope you'll get better next time.
I blame Pantera for the majority of my hearing loss but it was worth every decibel.
and back neck pain ! I lived through 3 Pantera Pits ! I hear a song on come the radio and start throwing elbows, just a reflex , lol
