He doesn't play flashy even tho ppl think he does. It's just that his fundamentals are perfect and he's super smart and has great technique. He's a perfect player if you ask me, one of the most complete PG's in the league. Doesn't need 50 dribles like Kyrie to get the ball in the basket

what do u mean the big does not show so dame gladly takes the deep three? he was 30 feet away. you want your big 30 ft away isolated with dame lillard? what else was he supposed to do if he wasn't completely gonna hedge? if dame wants to shoot 30 footers all night, be my guest. he would have to hit 3 in a row for me to feel threatened.

He seems a bit taller than some guards and struggles less down low, but still uses some pull ups, floaters, etc. with good form. He seems to primarily use quickness to get the initial edge, but he may be reading his defender to know when to go. I don't see a lot of fakes. He's more physical-athletic and less trickery, but his outside shooting is super. Passing?
He's actually shorter than a lot of guards at 6'2

Just saying, I think Lillard uses his quick pound to make the defender react because then dame can use this reaction to see what his next move will be. If the defender doesn't move his feet Lillard pulls up or blows by him. If the defender moves his feet Lillard attacks the front foot. Just an observation
I can see that. However I very sparingly see him go by after that move.
Also Lillard definitely pushes off but pushing off has basically become legal in college and NBA basketball

lol I do that quick shot directly off drible too, its pretty useful because its quick, and you can shot from long range easily (because you get the momentum from dribble, on mid range is like you dont even need your legs)

Overplayed??? Do you know how hard it is to run full speed, catch a ball, and immediately shoot whilst fading with lest than a second in a must-win game. That is one of the GREATEST shots of all-time. It is actually underplayed a lot because they didn't do much after that.

+Censari “LongMeatMarcus” Just work the different angles on the backboard and extend your arm when you finish. The spin doesnt really matter its more about the extension.
