@Stannely1 With all due respect and sincerity, I find that statement nonsensical. Bodybuilding, if you don't know, has been killing a lot of competitors lately, and there is a difference between living life to the fullest vs. living life wrecklously. Yes, death can come at any time, but we do not need to needlessly put ourselves on its path. This is why I say "don't die young" because bodybuilders needlessly put themselves in danger by abusing the substances they use to get big.
@Slayer-kx5fz facts. Nothing to add. I find a lot are ignorant. They belief he just eats and train clean. Lol if only they knew the pinning and diuretics involved😂
Isn’t this guy kaizer chiefs physical trainer who is busy at the team producing weights lifters/body builder's to compete in football, the end result is the team loosing left right center
No, he is the first black person from AFRICA specifically. There has been plenty of black people before, but this guy is the first one from Africa to get his license (his pro card).

You still have to put in the hard work
Still have to work hard, most people on roids, actually look crap. The really buff ones, are in the %10.
@@akimphiri7629 Of course but the growth happens faster.
@@liveinwisdom3610 He said he started seeing his body mutate why not tell us he is using juice to get to that physique
Don't be jealous man🤣🤣
Plz spare your soul & life from women like Nandipha magudumana, Kelly & Zandie Khumalo and countless creepies out there. Keep fit & safe💪💪💪💪✌️
I hate the Arnold reference, the presenter clearly knows nothing about the sport. That reference is borderline cringe. Arnold is not the benchmark!
