Found the same kind of brush rinser that GSW offers on a recent visit to TEMU. Significantly lower in price. Is it worth it? Check out the review!

I don't see why this would be something just for beginner painters. It's virtually superior to a normal glass of water in every way. Always clean water. No need to set it up each painting session. Just let it be there. And it's super cheap .
