I just found out that vietnamese coffee beans r usually roasted using lard n thus not halal. So, be careful dear.
Tôi là người Việt, lần đầu tôi nghe rang cafe bằng mỡ lợn.?!
Nếu rang với mỡ thì cafe sẽ hỏng, nếu có pha bạn sẽ luôn thấy 1 lớp váng mỡ, mùi cũng kinh nữa.
Hạt cafe sẽ được phơi dưới nắng, sau đó đem vào rang trên chảo gang nóng (rang cafe bằng nhiệt). Đảo đều tay, lửa to rồi nhỏ bớt, cho tới khi cafe khô hẳn và có mùi thơm thì tắt bếp.
Cà phê rang mỡ lợn??? Nghe lạ ghê
