    People hurt other people. Friends hurt friends. They mock , lie , gossip , control , hate , steal , argue....etc. My revenge is simple....become a hermit.... A semi hermit. The less I'm around people the better. A hermit's life is a million times more peaceful ! I feel most alone when I'm around other people , because they are hurtful.

    If I never had to leave my house again, I'd be more than happy. Thanks to the internet, delivery services, being able to call in prescriptions, etc., it's easier than ever to detach from society. A society that, day by day, month by month, becomes less and less recognizable to me, and one I have less and less desire to be a part of.
    The internet makes being a hermit easier since we can choose to reach out when and if we want/need to, to whom we want, and to seek out only the things we find of interest -- no extra, unwanted noise. We can also choose how long we interact with other humans.
    It must have been much harder in years past to be a hermit. I can't see how living alone 95+% of the time (because let's face it, no man is an island -- you can't be alone 100% of the time because you have to at least buy supplies), wouldn't have done some serious harm to the mind without EVER interacting with anyone.

    I'm glad i found your video and people alike. For the life of me people have been treating me like i was never there or not even there for me to develop a meaningful relationship and life skills. The internet however, has always been there and i intent to carry my life better now. A modern hermit sounds awesome where people can't get in your way and harass and hurt you. I'll try to learn how to find work online and buy all my food on deliveries. This is gonna be a good life no more *ss*oles who keep causing my life stress and burden. I'm going to live my life to the fullest and i hope other people would live the best too

    People have life goals of being a hermit. Don't knock yourself. Social media allows you to not be totally isolated, but the rest is simple. You never have to leave your home anymore. Introvertshave been waiting for home delivery of everything. We've been training for this stuff

    I am a hermit since I quit job. I was tired working for someone not seeing the results in payroll. I hate to wake up at morning 6 AM. Just to get working before 8. My work was full of people to serve, I was always tired after work. Now as a hermit dream life. I live alone and have zero friends. I never had any real friends and never will. Most friends are gone as soon as you stop giving them money or stop being nice all time!
    Hermit life is the best life... I rarely even go to swimming pools anymore as these crowded places are not for hermits.

  • @BrentonSwafford

    Sometimes I think about being a hermit. The only thing that stops me is this silly thought that other people are necessary for a purpose in life. But I know that I am just lying to myself, probably to protect myself from the horrible realization that life has no real purpose even with other people.
    I suppose that I am also afraid of being cut off from the resources of society. I have a wonderful wife and daughter, but if I lost them, I would be very tempted to take up the hermit life, to see if it suits me.

      No, people are not needed for purpose. You are making purpose. I've became a hermit since two bad relationships. I can't take it 3rd time, you can get used if empathy is your voice. Just test them all out, stop helping and giving money, and see who's around...

      This is a cringe inducing incel rant!l, not a hermit mindset! A true hermit seeks solitude because it is aligned with his nature. It's his calling. Your "problems" could be solved by finding a very obliging hooker. I think the state you should move to is Nevada😅

    • @erakkovaatainen148
      @erakkovaatainen148 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It's not just about face when dating. Most search security also. Unless you have resources, like money, big pools etc. Expect them.
      Otherwise just enjoy being real hermit. You don't need anyone to live a life :) Br, fellow hermit

    • @earthboundmisfit7654
      @earthboundmisfit7654 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hope youre doing well. Dating is over rated and even getting a date doesnt mean they will like you enough to go out again, rarely are people honest or straight up about their intentions. The heart break of going through all the options out there only for people to say "she wasnt the one" or "move on to the next one" is so draining you wish to be left alone. No one is capable of loving you like you can love yourself. We owe this world nothing.

    You are totally right, I have not known one single person that didn't stab me in the back, every single one is unreliable. I'm becoming a sea-hermit. I bought an old sailing yacht and I will rebuild it for a life on the seas. Water maker, solar panels, wind generator and a Edison battery bank. Wind is free, sun is free, and fish is free, I'm going on a fishing trip for the rest of my life! 🙂🥳🇸🇪🖕(Finger to the world)
    One tip to get people to stay away, learn how to evangelize, tell people about the love of Jesus and that he can forgive all their sins, their lying, their thievery, adultery and so on. They run from you like crazy! 😂😇

      So true, Thanks for sharing. I learned that you may not want to give money in any relationship before it gets one year old at least. Otherwise they will use you for easy money. Never tell what you have, no one than user will run quick, if you have nothing else to offer than real life-lasting friendship. No transactions, just friendship. This is why I am hermit, you are not a bank for anyone...

      You can pay it by your bank app or website!
      But how would I have internet? You can see some internet plans whice is by satellites provider internet in your country or region.
      But how would I have electricity? You can buy some solar panels and install them in your house.

    I am trying to live in the wilderness, I am in Scotland but finding land I can call my home without owning it is difficult.. I wish to live on a boat (I bought last year for this purpose) but yet again lots of rules and regulations, or I wish to live in a tent / cabin in a secluded area and grow my own fruit and vegetables (again lots of rules and regulations) or I wish to live in a large 7.5tonne horsebox which I own since last year (and also again too many rules and regulations) I wish my best to get away into wilderness but every rule, law and regulations seems to make my wishes nearly impossible one way or another. Its bad for my health wishing to get away to wilderness, but not being 'allowed' by government, rules, and laws. This is a deep pain. I hope to find a solution that I may live in wilderness soon using one of my above methods i speak of. I wish to live hermit lifestyle. And fend for myself. Why is wanting to live this way, made to be very hard by rules, laws and regulations.

    • @hermitfrogovich218
      @hermitfrogovich218  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Rules in the wilderness??? If you want to live in the wild, forget about rules. But at the same time it will be difficult to have access to the civilization. Maybe you have to find some balance. There is a lot of forests, without any people around and no one will care if you build a small house over there. But the question, will you survive completely alone?
