Great to have the three Ghost Game decks complete! Adding a running price total is such a great idea. It dates the video a bit because prices fluctuate so wildly, but it's great to get an at-a-glance look at the investment required. For instance, I can see just during this video without having to go to TCGPlayer that this deck is a little higher than what I consider budget for a Digimon deck (50 dollars) but doesn't come close to the about-average price (around 100 is what I expect to spend on a Digimon deck), so it's still at least vaguely budget, especially since half the deck's price is tied up in four cards (that may even be going down soon once those new alt arts come out!). I think you'll find that swapping the [Blank] Trainings for the [Blank] Memory Boosts will pretty much always be a solid budget choice until those Trainings go down in price. Memory Boosts are still perfectly good for all the same things (digging into your deck and getting a memory discount), and in some cases will be better (dig deeper, more freedom on what you use the memory for) and are in some ways worse (cannot get Tamers and Options, still requires a 1 total memory investment as opposed to the Trainings which are totally memory neutral). Unfortunately, when it comes to Digimon I think that's pretty much the only budget swaps that exist. Each Digimon does such a very specific thing that it's hard to replace an expensive Amphimon with a cheaper Digimon that does a similar thing because, well, this is an Amphimon deck, you should be playing Amphimon. Most cards in Digimon are expensive because nothing else does what it does and so many effects trigger based on the name of a Digimon. So it's hard to say whether or not the budget replacement segments have legs.
If been playtesting Jellymon for a long time and your list is very close to mine. I never considered the +DP Puyoyomon but it sounds pretty good actually and Kaiser Nail is just genius. Very good list!
