A lot of kids have a strong connection with their mother because their mom probably is the one taking care of them most of the time. You cant expect that much from kids their age. They don’t yet understand how much their dad sacrifices and does for them.

I disagree with this comment. For me it is switched around, but I love my parents the same. Ofcourse they are being asked the question “who do you love more?” But yet they still always say their mother. I get where some children are coming from, as your mother gave birth to you doesn’t mean your dad doesn’t love you anymore that your mom does. Some children have both parents around at both times, as some children have neither around.

i **never** once answered this question, no matter how many times asked. luckily as a child, i was smart enough to realize how painful it would be to the other parent, and so every time someone/my parents asked i simply said “i love both equally”

Since I was very young I was asked this question several times and every single time I would answer I love both of them equally. Because I knew that each one of my parents had their own way of showing their love to me and they made my heart full with all the love they gave me and my siblings

this is the worst question to ask your child. it hurts my feelings to think about it but i love my parents equal. they have always been good to me. everyone out there that is young, once you get older you will realize how important your dad is. ❤❤❤ have a good day/night

I used to say "daddy" when I was a child. Now I realized that my mom is the best. It's so bad to ask children this, cause it's hurting parents a lot

Such a loaded question. I will say, my dad worked very hard, it was hard on his body. Most days he would be gone before we got up for school and he would get home from work just before dinner at 6. After eating dinner, always, without fail he would spend time with us. We would have tickle fights and wrestling and jokes and just being silly. He never ever once said he was too tired. Hell I still tell my kids, "I'm too tired". My dad was the best man! Dads are important. Oftentimes they silently carry the whole family.

This question when it’s asked It’s one of the hardest questions to answer because u say both then they will end up saying “no pick one” then u have to make a very hard decision which is messed up 🙁🙁
but for me when I was a child I ignored the “You have to pick one” I’d walk away or pretend not to hear them 🙃

I did not have a mother around, and my father was my mother and my father. I have always looked at him as my hero. My Dad raised two little girls by himself. He was a blue callor worker until he put himself through trucking school after my sister and i became adults. I have only seen my father cry once, and that was over my mother. To this day, i can not keep it together when i see a man cry. No child should ever be asked this question.

This is the most difficult question for me especially when my dad is sick with stage 4 cancer and my mum is stressing out and she has to pay the bills but she hasn't even worked for months and she could lose her job but luckily I have a good family that Is there for love and support and care but at the same time in my opinion I don't think people should be in Teams on which parent they like because Both parents work hard and will always be there to support you even if they yell or hurt your feelings that doesn't mean they don't love you they may be mad at you at that moment but They still Try pay the bills for you and your siblings they still will try keep an roof on your head they will still try feed you just because you had some imperfect parts with your parents doesn't mean anything. kids and teenagers remember life will not be perfect and that's okay always try your best and work smart and follow your dreams and support your love ones and ik that some people will only like one parent but I'm sure they have their reasons and some people might just choose their mum or only their dad as they Favourite but that's okay because they can choose what to like and hate and support I'm just saying my reasons are only in my opinion and I'm also saying just please love your parents all equally Because they try their best for you and your siblings❤Ofa atu all! May god protect and guide everyone and everything in the right path May you all have a good and well spended life May happy miracles happen in your life and a good future for you and your family in the name of Jesus Christ Amen Spread the gospel god loves you all even tho somepeople dont he even love the nonbelievers get right with god now please! Ik somepeople can't because of their realign and that's aright just keep on believing on what your culture says just please choose the right and the best path in life❤

I’ve never been able to choose between my mum and my dad. Although now, me and my dad have a lot in common and always watch movies and shows together, I still love my mum the same as she works hard and keeps everything together. She always buys our birthday and christmas presents throughout the year. Shes always thinks about us before herself. I love them both so much for their hardwork and care for me and my siblings
