I have empathy for both of them after what happened. Sufi seems to have really really deep rooted issues which led to her making really hasty choices at a very critical time of their relationship. Perhaps the idea of marriage, the social media attention and already existing self esteem issues played a huge role in this. Sufi always struggled with identity, accepting herself and even happiness. This is more common than you think. Often people feel they don’t deserve to be happy and succumb to that feeling, do things to unintentionally ensure that it happens because it’s a familiar feeling. It’s a dark place though and I really hope Sufi can come out of it because it’s VERY dangerous. Anjali being neuro divergent had to go through accepting the circumstances, sticking to her boundaries, forgiving, handling her inevitable pain and still having respect for Sufi. It takes a lot of bravery and maturity to be that way, so my heart is heavy for her. You can clearly see how MUCH she loved her. May you both be guided towards a glorious future full of important lessons and better choices. Most importantly heal.
