Hi Sir, In FA why we need to create structure and instance again, we have already created in GL?

Let's understand from root
You need LOV for adding assets major and minor category so you need some values and value set to store those values. Likewise locations and other identifiers. All value sets needs to be stored in structure instances. Also FA system requires 3 flex-fields deployed mandatory. If you have any such value already available then you can assign existing value set in structure
