Talkin about the 9ymth gen then the base has 64 gb which is more than enough for a normal user, if you are a heavy user (i.e. useing it for video editing etc.) Then the 256gb would be the better option
You commented this after Christmas tho, unless u meant 2022 Christmas but I feel as that it’s a bit to early to plan for that as many new better iPads will be released by then…

I want to say to all those who are thinking to buy ipad9 this pad is not for media consumption as it aspect ratio is 4:3 you will regret if buying to watch movies , TH-cam videos
