my speaker doesn't charge. When I plug it in, it just blinks once and doesn't charge at all. Or sometimes the light just stays still it doesn't blink to indicate charging. Please what do I do?

Maybe it's the charging indicator, have you tried using another charger?

That's if you bought from their store or authorized dealers.
