"Flamenco Around The Map"
This is our educational shows as PopUp Series for the Sun Yat Sen Classical Chinese Gardens in Chinatown, Vancouver, BC, Canada. This location is the courtyard, an open outdoor space.
"Flamenco Around The Map" is a journey through Spain as the dancers narrate between dances. Mozaico Flamenco performs various Spanish folk dances and traditional Andalucian Flamenco. As Mozaico Flamenco is a multicultural, integenerational, lgbtq2ia organization, we give a nod to our multicultural heritage, integrating all sizes of fan with a mixture of Spanish abanicos with Chinese silk fantail, giving a nod to Vancouver's multicultural mix.

It’s not morris dancing, but, it’s still pretty great! 😘
No Morris dancing here, but we are definately Spanish dancing, Flamenco dancing and some Asian fusions happening with the silk fans and fantails for fun.
