I don't think Gunter is dead as the main part of the ship where him and most of the crew were didn't blow up. The wikis still say he's alive. The crew are just stuck on the ship in the crash site but probably barely any deaths.
Job master has a name it said her is Master NA wood something like that according to the skeleton crew cast list until they remove her so it is likely she was killed by Clone troopers during order 66
That was from a leak that might not be reliable from an earlier draft of the show and she was supposed to be a main character alongside Jod. Also the way Jod explains how she does implies that it was after Order 66 and it was Inquisitors that killed her.
@ He said that she was a Jedi and that she was broken, this indicates after Order 66 and she initially survived the purge. Then when he said "They hunted her down and made me watch while they killed her." Means that it couldn't have been Clones because of their programming they wouldn't have a reason to force Jod to watch, and Inquisitors are know for inflicting fear so they likely would do that and since they're Jedi hunters they would be the ones the Empire sends out to hunt Jedi.

I'm not sure if the 100 000 At Attin security droids would count since it would be that much for a small city and they were only deactivated because of the power outage, they could probably be restored once someone properly turns them on.
its a similar situation to the trade federation control ship the supervisor controls all of them and powers them. also rmember there is all the underground vaults all of which are operated by the droids and there were at least 1,300 plus vaults and you saw how large they were in addition to the ones running the city
