    If I were a leader, I certainly want to have a follower who is reliable, flexible, observant, good in communicating, self-directed or someone who has the initiative to do things and serve the needs of the organization. Hence, an effective follower. I believe that a follower who attributes these characteristics is someone who will help the organization succeed. An effective follower makes the best leader.

    As a future leader, I choose Effective follower, someone who is high on critical thinking and involvement. If you learn the adaptive skills of followership, you'll have the exact same skills you need to use when you're the leader. Followers have a responsibility to speak up when leaders do things wrong. Through this, the power is not abused and to be used properly. You will only be an effective leader if you will also be an effective follower. Not only should you always be the one to follow, you also need the approval of others so that the outcome will be good to the organization and for them to have respect for you as a leader .

    Being a leader covers possible conflicts and challenges of a team. In order to achieve an effective and efficient way of good leadership, I should have an effective follower. To have an effective follower brings the idea of distribution of responsibilities and balanced effort producing a better outcome of goals, mission and vision.

    As a leader I choose the Effective Followers because all the leaders are not perfect and they also make mistakes so I chose this because what is the use of my followers if they do not educate me on my mistakes .. they are my followers so they will teach me for the good of organizations. Because our followers do not want them to say anything to your leader when it happens. So from the word effective is a high critical thinking and envolvement. Which means more in initiatives example that even if you are my friend when you are wrong you are wrong. So this is what I want from my future followers who can teach me every time I make a mistake for the sake of organizations.

    If I were a leader, I would choose to have an effective follower because having an effective follwer who is high on critical thinking and involvement can lead to effective and productive organization. A follower who is not afraid to initiate change for the own benefit of the organization. It is also easy to help me in decision making such as achieving the desire goal of the organization. Furthermore, having an effective follower is not only for the growth of the organization but it is also for me as a leader. It could help me to grow and mold my leadership skills to be a better version of a leader.

    If I were a leader, I would choose to have an effective Follower. It is better to have someone whose willing to take the initiative rather to someone whose only waiting on what is told to him. I would choose someone who is committed to his duties and responsibilities and thinking about what is better not only for the association or group but also for the people. It would help me as a leader to reach our goals and come up with better ideas.

    If I were the leader, the type of follower that I would like to have is the effective follower who is going to have dedication in serving the organization, and have the eagerness of achieving the goals of the organization in order for it to become successful in the present up until to its future. And I believe that being high in critical thinking and involvement would help me become more mature enough and be more responsible in handling things for the organization, which results to have a successful and appreciated organization.

    If I were the leader, I would definitely choose to have an effective follower. Being a leader requires a lot of responsibility and sometimes I cannot perform well due to pile of works. So having an effective follower who is open to suggestions and participates on discussions will provide a right environment for the group. Furthermore, being high in involvement and critical thinking makes it easier for the group to reach its goals.

    First of all, Leadership refers to the quality of leading people. Although, it is one of the most important aspects of our life. The greatest purpose or plan by an organization does not only comes from the leaders. As a effective leader, I want to have an effective follower to help and support my organization to achieving our mission and vision. We have to believe in our self and the capacity and capabilities of every individual in order to achieve the goals of the organization.

Effective followers are well-balanced and responsible that our leader's need.     Being a leader is a challenging role from making rules down to doing it thus If I were a leader I want to have an effective follower, having that makes everything fall to its place, they know what they are doing and having an effective follower makes everything organized and well balanced.

    If I were a leader, definitely I want an effective follower because having a follower that has critical thinking and involvement will really benefit our organization. Success for good followers relates to performance and goal achievement not personal recognition and self promotion. Furthermore, a follower that is initiative and has dedication will surely give a big impact to organization’s success.

    We always choose the best in any things we do or we team up to. For me it is best to choose a follower that is effective especially in critical thinking and involvement. As a leader having an effective follower is an advantage because they are responsible and life-long learners. We can do better in any aspects we do and can provide an outcome that will leads as to our goal. It is easy to collaborate with someone who is also aiming the same goal as you wanted and willing to work without any hesitations.

    If I am the leader, I would like to have an effective follower because the workflow within the organization becomes better if all your followers have the initiative to participate in different programs or activities that the organization made. They give or share their different ideas on how to make the activities more efficient and effective. If you have an effective follower, they will aasure you that you can achieve the goals of your organization anytime soon. Effective follower have a high critical thinking and involvement which is very helpful and applicable to the organization because if problem arise they can make an immediate solution and changes in a limited time. To have an effective followers they will assure you to have an effective organization. An effective follower will be a good and effective leader in the future.

    If i were a leader, I want to have a follower that can provide strength to the leader by supporting the leader and by contributing to the organization in areas that complement the leader's position. Every follower wields the power of relationships by which he can persuade others (including leaders) to move in the right direction. All of these can be valuable resources to the organization when used and act as one to do what specific goal they want to achieve. The position of a follower in an organization can also provide sources of power.

    For better leaders we tend to lose sight of how being a good leader is . As I select one type of being a good follower I'd rather choose the Effective Follower, someone who is high on critical thinking and involvement on this organization, someone who initiate change . Having this kind of follower can shape the productiveness of a leaders behavior just as to become an effective leader for they can develop their employees into good followers. In that position of being an authority an individual influencer to others and influenced by the actions and the attitudes of a followers is one of leadership theory that is based on how managers adjust their behavior to fit in that situations, especially to their followers and the nature of the leader to the follower relationships involves reciprocity, the mutual exchange of influence. Having a good leader influencer to the effective follower can make their output or outcome better in their organization.

    If I am the leader, I will definitely choose an effective follower. In reality, the leader carry too much responsibilities and I might neglect some essential duties that might affect the group as a whole so I want someone who I can depend on when I have too much on my plate. Furthermore, it is very essential in a group for the members to cooperate and understand the group’s goal. To do that, the followers must be highly involve in group activities and actively contribute ideas and opinions to find solutions to problems and alternatives to reach a certain objective.

    If I were the leader, I will definitely choose an effective follower because I want followers who are positive and self-motivated, who take action to get things done, who accept responsibility, who have the courage to participate in any activities involving critical thinking, and who excel at required tasks. However, followers also want an effective leaders that is forward-thinking and inspirational as it is an influencing role and leaders should not just only give commands. Both leaders and subordinates must be honest and competent at all times.

    If I we're the leader, I would wish to work with an effective follower because as a leader I would be more motivated to serve them if they're willing to collaborate and can think critically which will highly help me as a leader in decision-making. However having an effective follower is not just about his/her contribution in the growth of our organization but being able to influence me too in a good way as a leader.

    I would like to have an effective leader because I know that I can rely on them given that they are high on critical thinking and involvement which is very useful when it comes to decision-making. Effective followers think of ways to resolve problems and initiate changes. They believe in their capabilities and performances that is why they can influence others. They do not hesitate to share ideas, thoughts and intuition to others for the betterment of their group. Effective followers are also good follower which follow requests and do actions that are best for the group. It just a matter of give and take relationship so, as a leader, I can benefits from an effective follower. In the end, an effective follower has a high chance of being an effective leader also.

    If I were a leader, I would like to have the type of followers who have the eagerness to listen and open minds and teachable hearts to accept correction. I would like to have followers who also envision themselves as leaders-to-be, who would also inspire others to become leaders in the future. Having followers who will not greatly rely on me as their leader, but also take initiative to help in establishing oneness and success in our team, would be a great asset to me. Above all, as a team will not work without unity, I would like to have followers who will exert effort in fostering peace within our team.

    Being effective exhibits a follower that is willing to cooperate on his/her leader. If given the chance to be a leader I would like to have a follower who is effective. When a follower tell his/her leader that he/she is an effective person, it is expected that he/she is eager to perform a great job to satisfy his/her leader and the organization. A good result of performance of an organization does not only depend on a good leader, it comes with the cooperation of the followers. A follower that is effective is important for a leader because it is easier to achieve the goals that have been set by the help of an effective follower. The best idea done by an organization does not only comes from the leader, the impact of the follower's participation is extremely important because a work can have a better outcome if it is being executed by two types people-- a good leader and an effective follower.

It is important that the follower is solely commited in his job in order to achieve the goals of the organization.     If I were a leader, I want to have an effective follower. Effective follower because base on the definition that is being presented, it is high in critical thinking and in involvement. As a leader, I want a follower that is not just a follower but a follower that has a sense and effective in any activity. As a person, we are not perfectly made but with the help of everyone especially when our follower is effective we may have growth and will succeed. With that ability of my follower our team may go even if I am not around. High in critical thinking is very inportant especially in making plans and decision making. They will contribute a lot in our group. High in involvement which can help our team more powerful and active.

A person that is high in critical thinking, that is one of the most important to make unique and different plans that will contribute to the growth of our organization. Someone manage itself well, who is committed to something in the organization and to a purpose, principle or person outside itself and build his/ her competence and focus it's effort for maximum impact and of course the one who is courageous, honest and credible at all times ,that is responsible for everything just like coordinating and marketing. But not just like that I also want a follower that will speak up whenever I do something wrong ,in that way I would know those things I did wrong, for the reason that, every leader is not perfect so I need someone who will guide me and who will also believe in me as a leader. Lastly, a follower that surely gives a big impact to everyone's success, because I believe that having a successful organization will achieve the target goals of the organization.
