To help others, a stitch marker or piece of yarn in the chain 1 space is helpful in the first 4 or so repeats. After that it starts becoming easier to find. If you're struggling to find it in the first few rows, it's not only you.
Could you do a video on how to bring it further in the back? Like keep the cup and the v neck but bring it higher on the sides and back? I have side boob that doesn’t agree with these tops lolol
Hi! I usually recommend making larger cups to bring them farther back and cover up any side boob. But alternatively, you could also make a wider band for the bralette cups that covers more under arm as well.
This is mi's leading. I did this and kept going for more coverage but it ended up to high in my neck. I wear DDD and need every bit of it. My point is it kept going higher but not wide enough
@@YarnThrift thank you so much! I found it. I do have a question though. How does the bottom of the cup become a straight line and the top become a triangle if you're doing the same 'corner' on each end? I am new to crocheting and tried to follow your instructions to a T but my shape is looking more triangular on both ends which can't be right? Hope my question makes sense, thank you!
@@armaepifania590 the bottom of the cup might be a bit more rounded by itself but in the bralette pattern it’ll look flatter once you seam/attach it to the band of the bralette. Since the band itself is a straight line, your cup will then look straighter once it is attached. I hope this helps!
@@YarnThrift Thank you! I admit I am still confused though. Are you doing the same thing at the top and at the band? I read the pattern and that seems to be what you're doing... since it says to repeat row two until it's the size you want it to be. I just feel like I'm missing something.
Its difficult to watch this your fingers are blocking what I need to see and you move very fast. The pattern is beautiful and I can understand most of the tutorial but there are parts that just escape me. I had to slow your video down to .25x and it was still very fast.
Beautiful! Love the color, too. Subscribed - thank you for taking the time to teach. 🧶

Thank you so much!!
I've started and frogged this project like 7 times because the cups just didn't work. This technique is finally the one that's working for me. Yay!
I’m so glad it’s working out for you!! This method is definitely my favorite
