Whether you agree or not, La Salle is the team of the Decade for the UAAP Women's Volleyball!!
In La Salle you don't get a star player who is considered as the ace of the team, someone who scores 20 points or more in one game. Instead, you get the whole team.

I like that this features some of the best athletes of DLSU Lady Spikers. Not that I don’t love the recent champion players but I was more interested to hear from the first batch of champions. And yes, naalala ko yung keento ni Aby na natraffic sila and had to walk para mahabol ang 4pm game. Buti nanalo sila 😊.
And regarding the controversial words of Coach Ramil, maybe he got bashed for those but players took it as a challenge and the results were wins if not championships 👍

Wow! I didn’t know na OH pala unang position ni Des Hernandez. Naabutan ko na sya as a MB nung nagsimula ako manood ng volleyball. Halimaw pa naman sya sa middle position.
Dahil kay Des Hernandez kaya naging favorite ko ang la salle..cool maglaro at all round player..hakot awards parati nong kasali pa sila sa shakeys vleague..
Both of my idols had 4 championships !!! Manilla Santos and Cha Cruz!! Both Captains! 🏐💪🏻😍

This is true for La Salle. I always remember that other teams would have their players’ names on the Top 10 list but La Salle would always dominate the Team Category on the stats.

I got the chance to watch live the S76 game aby mentioned!!! It was against NU and they lost the first set but still managed to win the game and sweep the elims!!!

Yes, natalo nga lang sila sa S72 sa UST sa championships. Na dominate nila ung elims and isang set nalang sana sila na champion kaso di nagpatinag UST. Andon kase sina Tabaquero and Maizo, silang dalawa tlga yung scorers ng UST. Andon din si Dindin na nakakaintimidate sa net kase ang tangkad and nakaka score din nung rookie pa lang siya. Pero nakabawi na naman nun La Salle nung S73 and natalo na nila ust sa championship.
Hindi ako bilib sa season 78 Ateneo could have maintained that championship if they had Michele Morente as opposite spoiler instead of kim gequillana
Hindi rin ako bilib sa Season 76 kasi d na ginamit ni Michelle Gumabao final playing year nya
