Very nice! I think the main takeaway should be for building defenders based off the playstyle you're using. Eg. training them to cater for long runs chasing opponents in high defensive lines formations hence speed gets prioritized) or short bursts (in LBC where acceleration is more important). Now I am not even sure I trained my Saliba with 90 speed and 75 acceleration correctly. Maybe something like 83 83 will fit better should I choose to switch to LBC one day.
In my experience height has a significant impact while carrying the ball. Even if the speed is low they can win a 1v1 because of long strides and shield the ball comfortably in larger space
If you are a dribbler my personal suggestion who i think has a physical advantage are Isak, Leao, Kephren Thuram, Stones in DMF, But while progression you need to give preference to tight possession and balance as much you can
@@aesthetic.gamingReally? Defensive engagement? Actually tho, what does def. engangement really do? Like how it works and what difference does it have with "Tackling" stats. Im still confused about that
Thank you for putting in the time and effort to do this, all these little bits of information the game actually doesn't give to us is so great to see being researched, keep it up!
Absolutely love this! Been saying it all year. The speed matters for wingers or mid driving players. Most of the time it's short sprints before you start passing the ball or you run into the other team. Build up CBs stay close so don't need that speed. Just a shame we can fine tune our stats so we're not changing 3 stats if we only need one of them to go up. Great video. Thank you for your time and effort on this.
Matters on playstyle..in qc cbs position themselves high up the pitch..they then need speed to go back..as they will have enough time and space t reach max acc...in lbc they need more acc cus they have to run for short distance but more quickly@@THEremiXFACTOR
Best comparison ever. Thank you. It makes sense that Height and Weight do affect on overall stats. Bigger player always has more powerful kick than a smaller player with same kicking-power stats. They have advantages on colliding, aerial battle and body shield as well.
U did it amazingly, I hope u could make part II while on the ball because it's more complex analysis because of more variable such dribbling, tight possession etc
Glad you came up with this deep of an analysis because at times i used to wonder why some forwards of mine with potentially better low body stats be getting outdone by defenders worth none of that.... Appreciate the effort!
In part 2, can you try different weight and height combinations… 1) 60 kg + 160 cm 2) 60 kg + 200cm 3) 200kg + 160c 4) 200kg + 200cm Reason why I’m asking is because for some reason since the PES Days, 177cm seems to be the sweet spot for a player not to feel clunky or turn like a bus.. even without Sole Control
Interestingly, height and weight were supposed to be extremely relevant in speed and acceleration, since a taller player tends to have longer legs to have more maximum speed, whereas shorter players have accelaration high, because your legs shorters do more force in floor.
The same as tall cards have like natural fhysical contact. You can see it clearly with l martinez and rummenigge. Just a few cm ads more stability when you battling a defender
Love this, you’ve made it super clear, thank you. Given your affinity for this sort of testing. Would be good if you could do something similar for the passing stat. Lots of people saying it doesn’t count for much. Worth a vid??
fantastic video please do more test on stats!! Basically anything above 75 accelaration is more than enough and differences are not noticeable, but on speed there are visible differences so I would focus on only getting aboive 75 acc and max speed
Speed is the player's maximum speed without the ball. Acceleration It is the value that will allow you to reach speed quickly. When a player has the ball you have to look at many factors but the most important ones are dribbling and acceleration.
You said it doesn't make sense for defenders to have high speed and low acceleration which is wrong. Because you are right they don't typically need to run long distances. But in football all it takes is one chance to change the game. So they need high speed so that they can mow down an attacker that's through on goal. Also you're wrong about height affecting overall being illogical. Obviously if a player is taller they are going to win more airballs which can change the game very easily. Whether you don't try to score from headers or not. That's a massive advantage to have that up your sleeve knowing you can knock the ball in the air and win the air battle to keep possession.
I never know there's someone who did this. Im very interested. Correct me if im wrong. In my understand, higher speed will benefit QC while acceleration will benefit LBC.
The amount of work he had to put into editing this vedio and the stats analysis and conclusions ...big ups man ..you will definitely make it in the future 😅🎉
Very nice. Can you test to see if defenders' speed change when they defend? It seems they will match up to the attackers regardless of their speed stats.
You are amazing bro, this is the best efootball content that we have been waiting for years, thank you 😊 Could you please do the test on Sole Control skill effect on slow tight dribbling. Also Fighting spirit and Super sub effect on the player.
I am also curious how attack/defense positioning really plays. it does something with how they react to a lose ball or something... almost feels like it add a bit of pace.
interesting! for my attack right and left, i like 85sp-95acc... bu at 90sp-80sp. But i don't really know what is the must with position... have you got idea with your test ?
, This is why Messi is best in SS . And not good in WING except the 2009 bigtime card cus his speed is higher and acc is aslo high, balancd... In every online matches , many players put their messi bigtime card on the wing... I never put messi on wing except the 2009 bigtime card...because every messi card has a very low speed stats which is not good on the long run..i am a winger in real life and i know i how the speed and acc works ..

Faço minha suas palavras!
I cannot believe how INCREDIBLY well put together this video is.
I'm absolutely mind blown.

I really look forward to seeing you post more.

Great vid. Would love to see similar tests for other stats. Like finishing or curl etc.
I don’t like that height and weight don’t affect pace at all. It really should
Wow, Thank you!
I saw pesep tweeting this yesterday and showing it on his live stream on twitch.
Can you make a video on height and jump stats relationship then testing the aerial superiority skill

Bro comeback after 3 years and make a great video, hope u will make more video with this quality
Great video. Now check for on the ball speed and accl.
I think height is very important, if you can control aerial game you have 50% of the game in the pocket
You have to take into consideration the stamina too. By 36 yards it's enough for fatigue to come into play.
great content bro, is acceleration affect how fast player dribbles?

Try testing speed on the ball with 99 dribbling and 99 acceleration
And
99 dribbling and 99 speed

this video is that I need ever since
Very scientific testing👍🏻
U are absolutely goated bruh... Keep pushing man 😮💨🔥
Great experiment bro keep doing the good work👏
But when u mainly focused on acc for defender, their attacking awareness will go up and lower their stamina which is important for defender

muito interessante, aceleração é pior que velocidade, mas eu sabia desde o PES 2005🤷♂
in the second part can you include stat of dribbling (ball contro, dribbling, tight) on the ball speed please.....
and when part 2 comes out?

A) speed-84, accelaration - 95
B) speed-90, accelaration - 90
