Great video as always Elliott, that Ricky Scaggs, Keith Whitley album looks great, lots of other interesting bluegrass records and that Oak Street Church youth group has got to be good. Also you mentioned Bill Purcell, I do have an old record of his and a matching 7 inch with the same cover I’m going to dig out and give a listen. And yes be kind to your neighbors.
Elliott awesome editions love Billy Stewart he was definitely legendary in Chicago his records was on Chess I always love his voice . Killer REM edition that’s definitely one I need to add to my collection I’m a big fan of the later REM albums . The return of Bud Powell nice copy he is one of the most influential pianist in the 50’s killer stuff Elliott I enjoyed it brother.
Hi friend! Thanks for watching. Yes there are some interesting pick ups here. That Powell record plays perfectly! I wonder what direction Billy Stewart would have gone in had he lived longer? Take care.
It’s always a great day when Elliott stops by the Krate! 😎 It was great to see ya’ Elliott. Thanks for the kind words. Adam
