My period just arrived absolutely horribly early for no reason and I am in the most indescribable fear mongering pain I've ever been in my entire 15 to 16 years of Counciousness and life, I have zero pads for the occasion and grandma is going to get some LATER ON, I made 4 pads out if PAPER TOWEL and bled through all of them thanks to my monstrous atrocious heavy flow I am at my utmost with all of this and this is the most ghastly, nightmarish, sickening cramps if ever had the horrible luck to approach me, I've dookied 3 times already out of pain and suffering lightheadness and absolute irritation, this is blasphemous.
I don’t know a lot abt the period cramp things but i would recommend some pain killers or a hot water bottle that you can place on the area, im really sorry about this but if it gets any worse then i recommend seeing a doctor!!! from google i saw you can make a home made pad from some old t-shirts that you can just cut up and stack into a thick layer or use some cotton
