It’s a good idea to leave the windows open for anyone who suffers from allergies. I know it seems counterintuitive with pollen in the air, but it really helps to move things around and circulate.
I can relate to changing the air filter. I moved into my first apartment a few months ago, and I didn’t even know about this until my mom told me. When I finally ordered the filters on Amazon and went to replace them the old one was absolutely gross 🤢
I bought the duster you posted about from AliExpress and I really love it. It is super long and makes getting to places easy. I also love that it has the removable pad so it’s easy to clean. Just wanted to let you know 😀
I would also recommend getting a fan with an air purifier, I purchased the Dreo fan you recommended a couple of months ago and it really makes a difference in the air and I don’t feel as congested
Once a year, I do a big spring cleaning. I move all the furniture around. It takes me an entire day, but you would not believe the amount of dust I can clean out
My sister has a cat and I’m allergic to it, but they sell stuff that you can be the cat in which helps with the dander anyone who has the same issue. I would highly recommend looking into this
My best friend had the same situation with laundry detergent. She was getting a rash on her body, and she wasn’t sure why the doctor suggested. She switched to a hypoallergenic detergent and it completely went away. Who would’ve ever thought that could’ve been the reason???
this is so funny because when I was younger i had a rash on my entire body and no one could ever figure out what it was one day my mom changed the laundry detergent and suddenly the rash went away we realized it had to do with some sort of chemical in the detergent
I used to take Benadryl all the time for my allergies but it made me really sleepy. Now I just try to deal, but I wish I could find something that worked without the fatigue 😒

They even have specific air-conditioning filters for people who suffer from allergies. They’re a little more money, but so worth it
