But honestly aside from only few minor details, the show is just so Good!!!! and I can't say this enough, the chemistry between Pete and Kao and by extension between New and Tawan is just amazing!

Rewatching really made remember how good DBK was, the ost and background ost. Also PeteKao totally started the pool/kiss thing, cause now every bl, specially GMMTV series have at least one pool scene lol.

I knew that Teddy Bear was going to tie in somehow. Those recording toys pop up a lot in dramas over here. And we all knew that the Teddy Bear was going to out them. Glad that Kao had already come out before that happened.
Loved Mama putting the Principal in his place. I too would have liked an apology from both Headteacher and Non.
I love Sandee so much. And Jun is always so clueless. It is a miracle he figured out Pete and Kao were dating.
Mork and Sun are cute. Poor Rain. Also, I am wondering how much coffee actually gets made they way they spend the whole day playfighting. lol

I agree with your assessment about the tying up the confrontation at the beginning which in return gave us a bit more time to watch as well as enjoy the characters in their happiness.
When it comes to “newer” shows lately we are lucky to get the last 10-20 minutes {sometimes less than 10} in a final showing the characters happiness which, almost always, makes it seem like the ending was rushed.
It’s like we get the cuteness/romance at the start of a series, drama/hurt in the middle of the series to which they drag it till the last possible second in the final.
I forgot how well they pulled everything together in DBK that it wouldn’t hurt if Directors took some notes/inspiration from it BUT give the full finals to tying up ends and happiness, it’ll just make things seem more pulled together over the rush or unfulfilled feeling that we get sometimes after finishing a series.

I was waiting for the last episode to comment. I really enjoyed watching this series with you and dancing along. Dark Blue Kiss is one of the series that I have already watched several times but it is a pleasure to watch it again each time because I really like its story, the treatment of certain subjects like the acceptance of each person's choices especially by Pete's father who is a very important character for me. Thank you for your energy, the joy you were able to transmit and especially for your comments at the end of each video. Finally, I think you will never forget the intro of this series.
