if you are not getting any air, first check the ac/cabin filter i have video on this as well here - th-cam.com/video/ZqRs43ZpugQ/w-d-xo.html
if that is fine then check the blower motor

Thanks for this video! I have most likely a faulty pressure solenoid valve on my 2005 BMW E87 116i. Is it possible to change this switch with the compressor in the car, or do I need to take it out first?

You will have to safely remove the ac gas and then you don’t need to remove it from the car completely you can replace the sensor after you remove the gas and then recharge

@@ThatBeamerGuy There is no gas in the system. Is the removal of gas needed because both connections to the gas system must be removed before I can get to the valve? Remove the valve from over or under the car?

The valve is pressurised and measures gas so if your system isn’t charged then you can remove the sensor
