Traditionally manufacturers of cars like to make it evident that the car is one of their products, which is why all cars today have badges. Because the Mclaren badge is such a simple shape, incorporating it into the design of the car actually works quite well. You say why? I say, why not?

Headlights look like the logo! How much? More aggressive than the MP4-12C? Like the honeycomb rear. What are the perform stats?

@TheFerrarichannel That doesn't make any sense. There has been multiple unvelings of the car, such as the one in NY, and Geneva. Everyone knows how it looks as of now, there is no shots of anything else, besides the exterior. I highly doubt this video will be taken down anytime soon

Thank You :) We were allowed to view the interior and sit in the vehicle, but were asked to put all cameras and phones away, as they do not want photos or videos of the interior at this point in time.
Not in production yet. McLaren say this is how the car will look, but they haven't released any performance figures about the engine, suspension, brakes, or anything of the sort. All we know is what we can see.

The car has been designed a bit funny- the wheels look too tiny, the roof is too high while the body is slim, and imo, mclaren tried to cover it up with all the swoops and grilles. It also is smiling at me so... Wtf.

Next up to compete with the Huayra for ugliest supercar is...the McLaren P1.
The Koenigsegg Agera ranks way above. And the Tuatara kills it, if it ever gets produced.
If this shares any of the mechanical design ideas with the MP4-12C, it is going to suck.

Sure does, the windows are tinted simply to make the interior not visible.

Same. I went to see it when it was at Lake Forest Sports Cars. It has no interior or drivetrain and McLaren emailed me to take the video down that I uploaded saying it that they didn't want original video of it before its official unveiling.
It looks so futuristic, perhaps a bit too much for my taste, but like you say, I think you need to see it in person to really get an opinion about it's looks..

This was probably just an empty shell with no interior, that's why the windscreen is all blacked out.

Exactly what your mother said when you were born...
It's just the shell, what that means is that there is no engine and no interior, just the exterior. That's why the windows are tinted in black.

It's screaming for a high-tech V12. This car is stunning right there with the Zonda so I hope they get the engine right
