1) Alimony is of two types Permanent and Temporary. Permanent is mantaince amount to be paid by the spouse after divorce. Temporary alimony is paid during court proceedings.Idaat period kulla maintenance amount pay pannanum as per the decision laid down in Daniel Latifi case of 2004.
