It's been almost 3 months since I had surgery on my right elbow for osteochondritis dissecans (OCD)...for the second time. Here I celebrate my 15th birthday by starting to flip again at the gym. Unstable defects typically require surgical intervention that involves fragment fixation, debridement, or reconstruction with an osteochondral autograft transfer.
