Not sure if it was intentional but the change in lighting between everything being bright, vibrant, and saturating to dull bleak and cold was a great choice for this scene. Shows that low point feeling. Great work! :) Hope to see more from whatever you produce!
just a tip with the eggs, if you crack them on a flat surface, it's less likely to have the eggshell cave inside of the egg, thus preventing it from going into your desired meal. I hope this helps!

Charlie do you have any advice on how to get started in the film making industry. Do I start with practise projects or do I go straight into my bigs ideas or do I learn how to edit and film better first. I’ve recently gone on summer break and I wanna try do something important over summer so I would really appreciate any help really from anyone. Great video as always my only critique is some techniques you use and very widely used and are not as original at least to me but there is really nothing wrong with that as a good portion of your techniques are original.
I'm no expert, but I've been making TH-cam videos pretty much since I was 12. I think if you're starting out, just do what you want to do (the ideas you are excited about), and just start. You won't be good at the beginning, but if you just try to learn and improve over time (watch youtube videos,... and learn from mistakes, failure really is the best teacher) you will become better.
Also if you wanna take this seriously (and turn it into a career) you should know that it's not gonna be easy and that you are gonna fail a lot. It's gonna be hard. But again, failure is the greatest teacher, and if you just keep going, if you just push through the hard times you will become stronger (really).
But don't just do it cause you love the result, do it cause you love doing it (creating films). Then you will want to do it and enjoy it, even if there are hard times.
(ok, I've gotta stop, I just wrote half a book. But good luck, you got this)
