How FAST Can I Beat Fallout 3 as a Chinese Remnant?

We like to tell stories here on Midlothian Odyssey, but there's always time for pure, unadulterated action!
Here in Faction Warriors we run various units through the main story of a Fallout Game, 3 in this case, while engaging in as few battles as possible... which also means we're going fast!
Starting us off here in the Capital Wasteland is the Chinese Remnant, the last of an infiltrating force meant to sabotage the United States Government before the bombs dropped. 200 years later, one such Remnant is going to run the speedy gauntlet!
Will he do his country proud?

For my current larp, I am pretending my character is somehow in the DC wastes like the sailors in Fallout 2 with setiting up a new home. I decided to be a jerk and do a quick run of the anchorage dlc and i have the generals sword and sheath suit. I took down the entirety of Fort Indy's outcasts and they were like we are just hearing things. I would love to see a Chinese ghoul mod vs the Enclave. That would be extremely funny.
