The first car I tuned was my main car that I used in 95% of my laps It's the FD3S, it feels so refined for a touge set up and has shedded of 6 seconds out of my PB, what's and ngl I can still improve my driving as well so it just keeps getting better. I honestly want to make a tutorial vid as well as I explain in my own words because many beginners keep asking me, I love giving them advice but I think I really need to make my own video if I wanna contribute on helping this growing community

any advice on stiffness and dampness for the 1992 Honda CR-X (In game: Hokura BR-X) Del Sol VTI? I want to configure the suspension settings on my untuned one for Highway drag racing on the Tokyo Highway Loop map without the car having a slammed stance. feedback in suspension setting numbers would be appreciated. thanks.
Moral of the story after 5 hours of tuning wheels... Default = Balanced Steering " Stability " = Oversteer/no stability Understeer is just understeer as the name implies... Tune transmission that's all that will be needed

@@EJBL18 actually, i’ve found out a way to get faster by tuning the transmission, i am using a gc8 for dh drifting and the acceleration is just better than the stock ones. Youw ill have to shorten the gears, and for me, i put the top speed to 210km/h since it’s the fastest it can go. Then scienc comes in, the shorter the gears, the more torque you get, wich means that you will be able to reach your top speed faster than a stock gc8. I’ve also done some transmission things like you’ve said to keep the transmission going up (i made it smooth)
@@Loza_1703 You can quite easily get faster with transmissions, every single tune I've made is reliant on my transmission settings to be actually fast, although, don't make the top speed that low unless you are only playing on Otsuki, since while shorter gears may help acceleration due to keeping the RPM high, it's just gonna mess up the top speed everywhere else. if you want a drift tune, use this: Offset: (Positive Values only, make it flush to the fender) Suspension Height: (Use these to balance the height out between front and rear, you need to modify these) -0.4F / 0.4R Camber: -12 / 0 Transmission: (Shorter Gears should be used for higher RPM and to generate a bit more wheelspin) Dampening: 960F / 540R Stiffness: 9500F / 200R *F = Front | *R = Rear

Oi, vou tentar adicionar legendas em português daqui a pouco para ver se deixa eu colocar, eu não sei falar português, mas eu meio que entendo porque minha primeira língua é o espanhol, se você quiser para obter uma melhor aceleração em seu R34, use valores mais altos nas marchas 1-6, tente manter o carro com relações de transmissão consistentes (RPMs mais altas a cada vez) e use o Dyno para verificar a quantidade de torque em cada RPM para garantir isso funciona.
I have an explanation for that. MRT had a fucked up way of calculating the torque, that messed with inclinecomp, (which adds torque when going up a hill); MRT used the driver seat, which meant every car had way more torque than they should have.
A few days ago, they fixed this issue and managed to stop the broken "squat" tunes, which means cars have more accurate torque now, so everything is slower, it's not a matter of bad tuning, rather a matter of bug patches.

And try a different offset- if offset on rear morethan on front it will give oversteer. But a bit more offset on front can increase stability a lot

top speed isn't the main focus of Shuto,
the big importance of Shuto is acceleration, and handling, not top speed
