So pretty much we got Godly leap 2.0 and demonic shriek from rosemary but with highlights on top of that And a passive that makes the shriek even stronger and no second passive But nice concept eitherway
Fen's Passive:Beast Growth -Each kill will increase his stamina by 5 and speed by 0.5 -Using Irritating Screech will reset his passive -Killing 4 players successfully will made Fen taller and faster for 5 second duration but stamina drains faster and reduces stamina by 10
good concept, but the moves are just niloticus's godly leap upgrades and springtrap's ventilation error drastic stamina drain and rosemary's demonic shriek.
I don’t really think we need this in PC2, it’s a great idea but we already have over 2 characters with a highlighting move and one with a leap move. It would be better as a skin or something. But sadly it wouldn’t, since there is no character with both a leap and highlight move.

One thing i'd add is that if someone was debuffed by the screech their camera would be forced to lock towards Fen for the whole duration of the screech. Realistically, if something screeches really damn loudly you too would turn over to look at it for half a second before running away.
I'm not complaining or saying it's bad, but 0:11 kinda look like niloticus abillity,but the dash goes farther and does +10 damage 0:26 basicly Rosemary,but better,since increase DRASTICLY the stamina drain Xd But it's still a really good concept and i loved the animation (I also hope one day they add Miss Circle skin for Baldy 😭)
Well Fen can be her own character but of course some of her abilities can be same as other character in pillar chase 2 but at least her finisher is her actual finisher also please include her amalgam form

I think a unique way to use her second ability is to have the screech stun people for 8 seconds making them an easy hit and once they’ve been hit they can move again.
fun fact: tinky winky, an upcoming killer, has the same height as Fen (10ft) so if he appears shorter than baldi in-game then that means baldi is taller than fen and every other character katie has created
Fire concept! Some of Katie's works has that somewhat horror element to them. Similarly to how you see in Baldi's Basics to a degree. I don't get why any Katie rep would be out of the question to some people.
It's more to how they would actually work. I'd say ∆lice would be the perfect Katie rep since fen here is just niloticus and rosemary combined (and doesn't have enough material to get a different moveset) and miss circle would just be another baldi whereas ∆lice has at least enough material to be an unique monster for the screentime she's had

I actually have 2 concepts for Circle and ∆lice and I made Circle be somewhat of an echo-fighter to Baldi, instead of relying on stealth, she goes in for the devastating attack by having a destructive charge move (kinda like MX but different enough to classify as unique.) She also has another ability that's basically Baldi's Notebook Ability but the questions are harder and they're 3.

There's more references to it than just the concept of killer teachers coming for you after getting a test wrong. But then again, I did come up with an alternative second ability that has her throw a bunch of sharpened pencils at once dealing small but lingering damage to survivors hit. (Referencing the implied kill move she used on Lana.)

It's like a fly thay see us at 1% speed for us it kinda hard to get a fly isn,t it so her speed is not physically possible for her body and that why its false but she can be fast with her steps stamina can,t be 60 but it could be 35 29 something like that but it,s pretty good and accurate for her height.
Unfortunately, this probably won't happen, as Blade doesn't really like Kaaatie's animations and OC's (not for personal reasons I don't think, just bc it's not his style maybe)..
I think it would be cool if you replaced devastating leap with a grab where he drags the survivor on the fools doing periodic damage and at the end throws them if they hit a surface they take extra damage

It’s cool but the stats are a bit strong like 60 stamina witch 26 speed nilo speed is 27 with 30 stamina bring the stamina to like 40 then its will be pretty balanced but I think her speeds need to be lower because if she’s mx big in height she needs to be slower but with 30 /35 damage , 40 stamina, 25 speed , and a mid stamina drain I think it’s would be a balanced killer
New creature for the new monster - the highway killer god it a leg less and skinless it skinny that show the ribs it got a giant white meat skinless bird head he the biggest creature it tall as the baldi school map idea is highway in a forest one car is broken many dead body that have a skeleton body and this map is no normal map it a chase room wen you driveling a car monster first move die to the end it a car crushing mode if one car got crush by it the player gotta go alone in the forest to get the gas then back to the rode player in one car 2 rare chance of 3 or 4 the other player got a gun for protecting the car and him self the gun do 10 chance of 30 or 50 damage second ability is high way of the night it can run and be unsee by the player damage 30 to 45 jumps scare scream then throw it on the ground ending.driveing back home and second run chase but quickly go back of a rocket and the home is acully a base with o lot of people and it change to a red alarm for the next boss fight boss fight release at unknowed…
Second monster the anomaly it like Steve but eye turn red then body slice apart to have two stomach first move biteing to nightmare it blind the player for 5 second and make the anomaly see all of the player 2 second intill the see from the wall disappear new item in shop smoke bomb wen the monster step on It make it Smokey 20 sed of blindness second move hellest of grabbing it grab the player scream at it and make the player can’t hear for 15 sec and deal 1 damage poison punch attack triple attack do 10 damage and it make the control change a is back D is straight s is right w is left it show jumps are that don’t do damage
