I'll be honest, I just watched a walkthrough, never got a chance to play it :/ But I got the full experience. I felt what I needed to feel. Thank you for making River. Thank you so much for making the game. God used it to speak to me and tell me something that I should have known for a long time--that I could be loved, even when it really seemed like I wasn't. As selfish or strange as it may sound, that was what I saw in John and River's relationship--especially in "For River". I felt that God loved me in the same way and He wanted me to know that He'd be willing to make me into the person that I wanted to be, even though I really didn't deserve to be loved after the way I had been for most of my life. Suffice to say, I was not like River. But apparently, I was worth loving. That--the message that I picked up from To the Moon--was what really moved me. That love wasn't something earned or worked for or something I had to focus hard on, but just something that I could feel if I was willing to accept it. I could go on, but my words could fill up so many lines of text. So to keep things short, I'll just say it again: Thank you for making this game. It taught me that I didn't have to be alone, that I didn't have to feel alone, and that no matter what I did or who I was I would be loved. Thank you :)

I come back from time to time to listen in...and every time I leave with a different demeanor than before. A peaceful coy that shadows the true essence of this life, that there is darkness, but in the midst of it all, there is also light.
