Great video. I have Server 2016 but when I get to the Tools > DNS part there is no DNS on my tools menu. I followed everything exactly as you instructed but I'm stuck now. Any advice?
Make sure you setup a host record in your DC DNS manager. Ping is turned off by default unless you edit your firewall to allow file and print sharing echo request.
This was an awesome explanation, I did my test webpage in a server then I used an Oracle VM and it worked perfectly, this is a great tutorial!

I assume the issue has to do with editing your firewall or router. Does it work internally?
