I have throughly enjoyed so many of your videos. I look forward to these on the weekends when I am able to get a chance sit back and relax. You are indeed a very blessed young man.
Glad you have good neighbors and that you express your appreciation for them. I have a family member that does unto others as you would have them do unto you. He doesn't even realize that he does that for others. While I was having a conversation with him one time, I complemented him on how he stepped in and saw to his mother's need because he saw that his father needed help. His father never asked for help, yet this family member just did what had to be done. When I complemented the family member on what he had done, he didn't agree with me. I know what I saw and weeks later I sent him documentation after documentation of what he had actually done for many many months. He was shocked and never realized, but shrugged it off, saying that is what you do when someone needs help. God Bless You and Your Family!
Loved your little wrench joke. And thank you putting such a positive message at the end. I got married earlier this year, and for my grooms gifts I gave them Super Tinker Swiss Army knives - the same model I've carried since high school. Its various tools can be such a huge help in your day-to-day life. But the most useful tool on it was what I had engraved on the large blade on each of the knives: "Luke 6:31" I told them all that keeping that one verse mind in their day-to-day dealings would change their world, and the world of those they're around, for the better. I feel the same way about each of them as you do Jeff. It's an honor to call them friends of mine, and I'd bend over backwards to help any of them without wanting or expecting a thing in return. They'd do the same for me. Thank you again for putting out a positive message that we all need to be reminded of at times.
It's 2:25 A.M. Christmas eve, and I am sitting here thinking how blessed I am to be able to watch a video such as this. I'm not rich, I have troubles in my life, and my health is getting worse as the years slip by. But I can turn on my computer and see that there are STILL real christian people in this world that believe the way I do. Bless you and your family for doing the things you do, and I truly wish you a safe and happy Christmas.
Burt Nelson , Amen!! My sentiments as well!!! Cody and his family are a constant blessing to me. Your comments were a blessing!!! Merry Christmas to you and yours, as well as Cody and his family!!!
Cody, I don't want to put you on the spot, but whatever your struggles are, your life is heaven. If I ever achieve the life you have by your age I will be complete spiritually. I don't plan to ever share my life on TH-cam, I'm too fucked up, but your life in the country homesteading and having your family and being an asset to everyone who knows you. You are peak man.
To some it may not be your best video, but I really saw the heart of Cody today. Thanks for sharing. As a Christian this time of year it is always nice to have a gentle reminder of what loving your neighbor really means.
Alvin Dueck Heck, I'm a south paw. I was just commenting that the threads were left handed... Which as a kid, I found rather fascinating. I'd never seen left handed threads before...
Yay, it is snowing again! Nice that you could help Jeff and spouse. I like that you explained the scripture. Mountains are so beautiful, purple mountain majesty. Thanks to you and your family.
Maybe more important than my previous comment... how you humbled yourself and how quickly you articulated how your neighbor has been there for you many times and the difference of giving from excess vs from where it sometimes hurts a little; it always comes back and more abundantly so! Thanks again for your message and all you do!
Hey wrangler star I am 13 years old and I have been watching your videos for years and years I can't stop watching them but that's a good thing your videos are amazing and you are so lucky to have all that stuff and friends and family , your life is basically my dream
The forestry and videos of the tractor and snow are great. My 18 month old son will hardly sit still for anything but he will sit and watch an entire video of yours with me. So much more wholesome content here for him than on the tv. We love acoustic guitar as well...when he hears your video starting he comes running. Love the end scenery with the music, beautiful. Great insight to the golden rule, I think you're right on.
You seem like the most down to earth religious person I've ever heard speak. I normally tune out when religion comes up. But I loved every second and word of this video thanks. Happy new year.
Uplifting your fellow man is what you do. I enjoy your videos very much. Imagine a country if everyone had that same hearts attitude. It was that way once. Something went terribly wrong. seeking out and finding company amongst a nuklius of like minded people when times get hard is going to be what helps pull us out of it. "Hard times make angels. Soft times makes monsters". I for one appreciate the things you show us to at least spur us in the direction of trying to develop skills we will need in figure. Thank you, and God's blessings to your family.
Out of the people I fallow on utube i think u r the most down to earth & make the most sense I've learned a lot from ur Chanel. I hope u & urs have a blessed Holliday. Thank you!!!
Concerning your end notes, yeah, that is our experience too. The more we give the more we get back. God will do amazing works in your life if you just let Him.
Cody your message at the end of this video melted my heart....I live in rural southern Colorado and my neighbors and the Golden rule are something we work at every day in order to be the example of that. It was wonderful to see you and Jeff have that same kind of friendship and that there are others living on the Earth that live the word in that way.....Merry Christmas and thank you for your channel.... I have been watching you for many years and NEVER get tired of our videos and its message....May God bless you and your family a lot.....in this coming year!
From firefighting, you and I know the expression, "Mutual Aid." The Amish and my (conservative) Mennonite brethren use that saying too. And they live it. If a neighbor or someone else has a need they know about, they consider it as pleasing God, to go and help. Your end card talk reminds us that all Christians and good neighbors should do this. Thanks for this important reminder.
wrangler star, you are an above and beyond human , I have been watching your channel for some time, and the things you do remind me of my time growing up and learning from my grand father. help your neighbor with out asking or expecting any return. I have much respect for you and how you live your life
I plowed my neighbors driveway when we lived near Union City, MI. It was a nice thing to do and it gave me an excuse to play in the snow with the tractor. ☺
It's so very kind of you to head straight to your neighbor's for the first use of your snow plow. Your test of who your true friends are is almost exactly the same test I set for myself some years ago after having been let down by a couple of folks I THOUGHT were my friends. That one simple question has served me well over the years.
Wonderful advice! I try to remind myself of it often. But I still falter from time to time. Thank you for being you. You have helped me refocus my life so much and I am so thankful for the blessings God has given me.
A unconditional good deed done well. That's what first attracted me to your channel and why I keep coming back. We'll done Cody well done. In todays "me first world" your actions are a ray of hope that there are still good people in this world of ours.
Forgot to say - from our home to yours - Have a most joyous Christmas and may the New Year bring you health and happiness. You've blessed many lives with your videos, may it come back to you ten fold.
great video! I try to help others whenever I can even when I am worn out or busy. I find a lot of people don't stop and help someone in need anymore but I always do.
I've been following the Wranglerstar channels for over four years now, it's a regular part of my life, several times a week to catch up on the latest videos. And I've often wondered whether Cody is a kind of lay preacher. I'm not personally religious (I'm far from it) but I admire how he practices his faith and how it informs everything he does. It helps that he speaks so well and with measure and purpose. Anyway, it works for me.
Good message. You always have thoughtful ways of showing the message of God through real world situations, that we might take for granted. Keep it up Cody!
I loved your definition of a friend, as I have the same. In my many years I have only had a few, less then one hands full count. True friends are family, and at times more than blood. thank you for your words of wisdom. Merry Christmas to you and your family.
I just want to say that I wish I could know you personally. Through some unfortunate circumstances and injuries my life took a different path than I wanted and I enjoy watching you live the life I couldn't but always wanted to. Take care and keep it up and don't change a thing. Praise God and May HE Bless you and yours! MERRY CHRISTMAS!
The metric wrench or 'shifter' as we call it down here, was and is a standard for new apprentices and left handed being the best. Also, the 'off centre compensating' plumb bob.
Would love to see jeff's barn. Thank you Cody @wranglerstar for reminding us of the true message of this holiday season. Giving is the best gift you can give yourself and your spirit
Isaiah Harris Oh I know. I understood you weren't being rude. I was just being facetious with that joke. That is why I included the smile :). I hope you didn't think I was offended by the comment.
Wheel barrow wax and left-hand trowel was used on me by the journeymen. Cody....... I love your sermons... I'm going to help my neighbor right now......I'm going to rake his leafs........... Merry Christmas...... You are a super great guy..... wish I was your neighbor! GBYAY!
THANK YOU for this video! I haven't been working this week and probably not next week either. Money is a little tight but we always have enough. I'm fixing up a older Mustang for a friend of ours that was hurt in a car accident and has to provide for two children. I've been griping a little bit to my wife that I can't spend any more money on it. BUT you reminded me that GOD always gives back more than we can give. I know that the look on her face tomorrow will be worth more that the few hundred dollars I have spent. Merry Christmas to you and the Wranglerstar family and God bless.
Beautiful line-up of equipment! We have been running all the numbers for our gear and making the big leap in a few short months! Congratulations and all the best with you're purchases. God Bless
Agape love is so beautiful. It's a love that values others. Their soul, spirit, and their well-being. We recognize that we are all loved and valued by God and try to reflect that love. Beautiful.
As a teen I was stuck in the ditch during a snow storm. A older gentleman came to my car with a shovel and helped me out. I had NO money to give to him and he said "just help someone else in the future" as I got my car out of the ditch, the man was gone! I have listened to his words and it has brought me great inner peace. I try to help anyone in peril on the side of the road.
watching that small underlying smile every second your in the tractor is amazing, hard work pays off and that machine will give you the fizz for decades! congrats on the awesome new attachments, someday I hope to reach your level of accomplishments. keep it up man
Amen to commentary! I have expiernced this myself, getting return ten fold, it's hard to give what you think you need for yourself but you can never out give God!! Merry Christmas!
sounds like you guys are all good neighbours to each other. alot of times thats all we have. good luck with your new tractor and you will enjoy using it. merry christmas to you all
That is pretty exciting to get new toys, especially when those toys enable you to help others as you do, those are two fold implements (at least)! Great video & comments, much appreciated, keep it up.
Gotta love country folk, it's not what you do for me, it's how much more can I do for you. Our neighbors and I are always trying to one up on each other, no matter what it is.
Loving your videos. So far I learned a lot about wood/tree working and surviving in the snowy wilderness. And while I am not a religious person (mind you I grew up with Protestant teachings) I do respect your religious views. Thanks so much for the quality content you provide and I wish you and all your viewers a Merry Christmas.
Easily one of the best videos you've made in a while. We got tractor driving, tractor repair, snow plowing, & a bible lesson in one shot!! I love love love it!! Merry Christmas!!!
Great video Cody, and always a wonderful thing to see folks helping each other without expectation! Fine man you are sir! I would also be very interested in seeing your neighbors shed of experimentation! I find it fascinating that people feel like they need to criticize folks in how they chose to live a good life for themselves. As if you were to criticize them for going to the store to buy fresh vegetables when they can grow their own. People receive what they need through different methods, so long as it's spreading good upon people, it should not make a difference to anybody else.
Matthew Morehouse well with almost 500,000 subscribers, a book, touring with homestead group he more than likely makes a nice living also he has been saving for five years he has referred to that many times
Another great video! Keep it up. I would really like to see your friends bio barn. Sounds neat. I also really like you talking at the end. It sums everything up and is sometimes the best part.
DLK HAY If the backhoe wasn't made to be driven around on the tractor, then they wouldn't make backhoes for the tractor. I've never heard of a backhoe frame snapping in half. Take construction equipment for example, they have backhoes on them and they drive over some of the roughest terrain possible. It's not going to snap, they never have.
Regular construction equipment is made much heavier to withstand regular abuse. Unless W's tractor has a sub frame it very well could. You can go to Tractor By Net forums and read it for yourself. It does happen. I'm not a safety Nelly, just wanting to confirm it does happen on these pieces of equipment. W's may never snap, especially knowing how he cares for his equipment and does not abuse it.
Shane Gillespie Even my 2016 Kubota B2601 (25hp) has a sub frame along the entire length of the tractor so I would assume a 60hp yanmar such as W has would have a sub frame.
so that is a backhoe and not a utility tractor? no its a utility tractor with a backhoe attachment, no worries all, time will tell. If I'm wrong I will have no problem wearing it. Check around online.
Great ending Cody it's a wonderful reminder of what's missing in the world in a lot of cases. Thanks for that, have a joyous time with your friends and family! May God Bless you and your home.
Thank you man, I love the after thoughts that you have, and even though I am not a christian, I still love them. No matter what your faith, doctrine, or creed, your words still hold true. You are inspirational and I hope that everyone can learn from you. Keep on keeping on. Your loyal supporter, Noah.
i didnt know if anyone heard him say that metric or standard lol its an adjustable wrench. He didnt laugh or chuckle so i dont know if he even thought it through lol.
Upload a video of the biodome please!! I am loving the tractor and all of its attachments. They look like they are helping with things wonderfully. As a student studying to be an engineer, I apologize about the hydraulic connections not being the same. Most of us usually do want things to be standardized. Unfortunately in the end we have to do what the company heads tell us to do even if there is a better way. Merry Christmas Wranglerstar Family!!
Oh man, I always love having a choice between a metric and standard ADJUSTABLE wrench. Couldn't get much done without them
I have throughly enjoyed so many of your videos. I look forward to these on the weekends when I am able to get a chance sit back and relax. You are indeed a very blessed young man.
Definitely got a lot of very useful attachments. Life is good in Wranglerstarland congrats on all the hard work paying off!
Super long with the plow on.

It's never about the number of friends that you have but the quality of the friends.... Merry Christmas and stay safe
byron mcmahon well said!
Remember, no man is a failure who has friends.
Clarence the angel.
Loved your little wrench joke.

Your videos are personable and informative, and I really do appreciate the messages you talk about. I took this message to heart, thank you.

lol metric and standard crescent wrenches. ;-)
Tenspeed TheBikeHanger loved that joke.
Yeah, one Crescent Wrench and one Croissant Wrench! Good One.
Kris Gasteiger hey now, you got a problem with us south pawed??
Tenspeed TheBikeHanger They are also torque wrenches. A very cool tool!
Alvin Dueck
Heck, I'm a south paw.

Every now and again you blow me away with a little vignette that hits home. "Giving out of your need" will have me thinking for days.
Please! Biodome!!
+1

That tractor look gorgeous, especially plowing snow!
That is a massive plow blade! Having neighbors you get along with and enjoy, is invaluable. Glad you have some good ones Cody!
LOL metric and standard adjustable wrenches you are funny
I thought that was funny too. I wonder how many people didn't even know that was a joke.
Jason, more are getting it than I thought would. :-P
That's hilarious. I use that joke on the green horns at work..
Lmao, or you can ask for the metric flat head screw driver.....or one of my favorites: "get me the metric hammer"....gets the newbies everytime!! Lmao
Jamie Robb another good trick for green horns is send them for a left handed screw driver, and or the tarp stretcher lol , good times
Out of the people I fallow on utube i think u r the most down to earth & make the most sense I've learned a lot from ur Chanel. I hope u & urs have a blessed Holliday. Thank you!!!
Concerning your end notes, yeah, that is our experience too. The more we give the more we get back. God will do amazing works in your life if you just let Him.

a standard and metric crescent wrench? that's a first for me!
Yes Cody, I'm sure there are many of us who would enjoy watching a video of what Jeff has recreated. Please do so. Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas Wranglerstar family!
Wonderful advice! I try to remind myself of it often. But I still falter from time to time. Thank you for being you. You have helped me refocus my life so much and I am so thankful for the blessings God has given me.
Yes please show use the barn!!!!
A unconditional good deed done well. That's what first attracted me to your channel and why I keep coming back. We'll done Cody well done. In todays "me first world" your actions are a ray of hope that there are still good people in this world of ours.
Please do share the Mars grow tour video.
Forgot to say - from our home to yours - Have a most joyous Christmas and may the New Year bring you health and happiness. You've blessed many lives with your videos, may it come back to you ten fold.
Dude, show that Biodome! That sounds cool!
great video! I try to help others whenever I can even when I am worn out or busy. I find a lot of people don't stop and help someone in need anymore but I always do.

I've been following the Wranglerstar channels for over four years now, it's a regular part of my life, several times a week to catch up on the latest videos. It most certainly doesn't need belief in god to help each other out. What it needs is a decent upbringing regardless of anything else.
Good message. You always have thoughtful ways of showing the message of God through real world situations, that we might take for granted. Keep it up Cody!
metric vs. standard adjustable wrenches... how ingenious ! ;)
I loved your definition of a friend, as I have the same. In my many years I have only had a few, less then one hands full count. True friends are family, and at times more than blood. thank you for your words of wisdom. Merry Christmas to you and your family.
you should be a preacher I liked the talk more than the tractor video and I am a tractor nut God is good all the time Amen
One metric and one standard, lol.
seanautube I know right 😂
I'm glad I'm not the only one that caught that little tidbit
Pretty good
While working in the snow... I couldn't make that joke there and then, I'd be swearing my head off out of frustration having to switch those hoses.
The metric wrench or 'shifter' as we call it down here, was and is a standard for new apprentices and left handed being the best. Also, the 'off centre compensating' plumb bob.
Thank you for your many uplifting words and examples this year. May God continue to bless and protect your family.
I giggled a little at the adjustable wrench joke
Would love to see jeff's barn. Thank you Cody @wranglerstar for reminding us of the true message of this holiday season. Giving is the best gift you can give yourself and your spirit
Show us Jeff's thing
How Rude! :)
I wasn't trying to be rude he said let us know if we wanted to see it so I gave him an answer
Isaiah Harris
It's OK. We all wanted to see Jeff's thing. It was big and didn't disappoint us. We're all very satisfied.
Isaiah Harris Oh I know. I understood you weren't being rude. I was just being facetious with that joke. That is why I included the smile :). I hope you didn't think I was offended by the comment.
ok sorry that I took it the wrong way my mistake
Wheel barrow wax and left-hand trowel was used on me by the journeymen. Cody....... I love your sermons... I'm going to help my neighbor right now......I'm going to rake his leafs........... Merry Christmas...... You are a super great guy..... wish I was your neighbor! GBYAY!
I do like your metric and sae cresent wrenches....you know they also come in left handed.

Funny , with the wrenches! Ya kinda wander how many will not get that! Have a very Merry Christmas!

I love your videos, its so hard to come by real good and honest people these days. keep up your small talks at the end they are the best!
Hey Wranglerstar, how tall are you so i can compare the tools you show to the human body.
6'4"
You're 193cm and using a "left handed all/16th's" wrench...lol. Don't you love all of our global friends?
1903.4 millimeters tall.
Wranglerstar weird, you don't look tall on camera, your wife must also be fairly tall then aswell
Chris Duggins --- 1930.4mm --- I've made that mistake several times.
watching that small underlying smile every second your in the tractor is amazing, hard work pays off and that machine will give you the fizz for decades! congrats on the awesome new attachments, someday I hope to reach your level of accomplishments. keep it up man
Are you going to make a video and really do a thorough review? Also talk about about why you went Yanmar over some of the other brands out there.
Amen to commentary! I have expiernced this myself, getting return ten fold, it's hard to give what you think you need for yourself but you can never out give God!! Merry Christmas!
You keep talking about the Word Cody,,, more need to hear it right. God Bless.
sounds like you guys are all good neighbours to each other. alot of times thats all we have. good luck with your new tractor and you will enjoy using it. merry christmas to you all
I'd like to see the biodome :)
That is pretty exciting to get new toys, especially when those toys enable you to help others as you do, those are two fold implements (at least)! Great video & comments, much appreciated, keep it up.
Santa's new sled out delivering packages.
johnny sisk It is red after all.
Gotta love country folk, it's not what you do for me, it's how much more can I do for you. Our neighbors and I are always trying to one up on each other, no matter what it is.
I'd like to see Jeff's place. Ever think about putting fluid in your tires? Merry Christmas to you and family
Merry Christmas God Bless
AWESOME TO HEAR MORE REAL LIFE HUMBLE N VERY SIMPLE CHRISTIANS.......KEEP UP THE AWESOME JOB.....
I really like your talk at the end 🌠
lil windy.....as always!
Easily one of the best videos you've made in a while. We got tractor driving, tractor repair, snow plowing, & a bible lesson in one shot!! I love love love it!! Merry Christmas!!!
Pleas upload the other video. Sounds interesting
Where did this homesteader get enough money for all this equipment?
Matthew Morehouse I wonder the same thing.
Matthew Morehouse well with almost 500,000 subscribers, a book, touring with homestead group he more than likely makes a nice living also he has been saving for five years he has referred to that many times
Maybe he doesn't have to pay for it or pay full price etc.
buy there book everything you need to know about the wranglerstars is in that book! not to mention the book sales probably helped buy the equipment!
One video with 100,000 views kicks out $200 a month.
Another great video! Keep it up.
I would really like to see your friends bio barn. Sounds neat.
I also really like you talking at the end. It sums everything up and is sometimes the best part.
I just have 1 wrench. Metric on one side, flip it over and its standard on the other side.
That's handy. I was gonna buy one like that but I ended up getting a board stretcher instead.
Your a good man, I wish there were more people like you
you may consider taking off that backhoe. yes I know they say its built for it etc, but miles on that machine bouncing is gonna snap your frame
No it wont,
DLK HAY If the backhoe wasn't made to be driven around on the tractor, then they wouldn't make backhoes for the tractor.

True selflessness!
Cody, really appreciate the words of the Lord. May he bless you and your family this Christmas season.
LOL Metric and Standard! Where is your left handed wrench?
It was hanging on the left side of the shop and he didn't have time to go get it!
i didnt know if anyone heard him say that metric or standard lol its an adjustable wrench. He didnt laugh or chuckle so i dont know if he even thought it through lol.
i really appreciate you expressing your faith for so many people to see and not being ashamed of it! Much Respect ! Merry Christmas!
1.5 mile driveway NICE
greg h
Except for garbage day :)
Merry Christmas Wranglerstar Family!!
ya I wanna see the BIODOME for sure upload it please!
It's such a nice thing to do for your neighbors, I hope to one day live in a place where that's the norm!
