She *had* a blood brother named Kaname but Rido sacrificed him to wake up ancestor-Kaname and it ended up with him regressing back into a baby that Yuki's parents named after their dead son and raised alongside Yuki...so yeah...still related, but not genetic siblings. (I do prefer her with Zero though)
I always prefered Zero as well but Yuki didn’t deserved him. Come on. She always made him suffer and if he didn’t begged her at the end of the serie she would have never dated him. She always preferred Kaname over him. It’s obvious that Yuki never liked Zero as much as he loved her and this is sad.
Did you read the manga entirely, and the memories ? Because their relationship is way more complex than that. And if you want to say «she preferred Kaname», don't forget Zero tried to kill her and was kinda rude to her sometimes. They're really good together, both complex but loving people and their relationship is perfectly written. :)

I recommend that when you make AMVs you try and remove the subtitles. The easiest way to do that is use the dubbed not the subbed. (Have made AMVs before on my old channel, I know that it can be a pain trying to get good quality video)
