My mother has been an air hostess since 1993. She started off as an airhostess in Air India and later left her job in 2008 as a purser in Emirates She has taken many interviews of young fresher air hostesses so I showed her your video. She gave you some advice which is totally up to you to take it or not. The first thing she noticed was your hair was a bit out of place small hair pieces were sticking out which can come across as a bit unprofessional most airlines prefer airhostess with slick back hairstyles with no baby hair pieces loose. The second piece of advice was maybe improve your English and accent a little bit because that will be your main mode of communication when you are on air and you will be catering to passengers from all across the globe and will need to communicate with them so make sure you improve your vocabulary and grammar. Thirdly and lastly she really loved your attitude with your friends and how you were boosting their confidence so that is a skill or a personality trait essential for an air hostess to boost morale. My mother out of kindness gave some advice so it's totally up to you to take her advice or not. I wish you luck for your future endeavours
Punctuality is the most important quality or personality a crew should have in aviation industry. Don't forget this in your next interview. All the best 👍
