    Thanks for the presentation. One of the good things about O365 for business is that it's in compliance with ABA ethics rules for security, including encryption - I'm considering Sharepoint as a client portal because of that and your presentation helped. It's OneDrive cloud is FEDRAMP Moderate, which means it's in compliance with stringent requirements set forth by the government.

    What's your "server" for you files when you do this? is it a private cloud server, or hard server? That is where are you actually keeping your electronic copies of pleadings, orders, discovery, correspondence, etc.

    We use Prevail Case Management which allows Outlook and the Calender to be incorporated into it. Curious, my firm is me and three paralegals. Have you a Template for a Law firm already set up for ease of installation?

    Have you ever integrated Priority Matrix in Office 365 for case management? If so, please make a video on it. Thanks!

    I am a solo practitioner. I currently do not use any of the programs on Microsoft 365 to manage my practice. However, I am looking to finally get organized with everything. I am looking for to be able to manage my cases, look up clients and cases easily, and overall organization made easy. Is this something for me?

    • @ArrowConsultants_MistyMurray
      @ArrowConsultants_MistyMurray  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, organization is key! Microsoft 365 is how I got organized and how I stay organized. It is the best method for me and absolutely time and cost-saving. More importantly, I'm just as productive outside the office as I am inside the office. If I bill 8 hours in a day, I can do it from my office or from my boat (with a few more distractions). Thank you for stopping by and commenting. I appreciate you!

    When documents have been “OCR” optical character recognition will the system support that upon downloading to Office 365 ?

    • @ArrowConsultants_MistyMurray
      @ArrowConsultants_MistyMurray  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, it will. Even if you do not OCR something for text recognition before uploading it to Microsoft 365, the document will go through that process when it is uploaded. All of Microsoft 365 is searchable.

    Another great video! I've been passing them along to some of the powers that be in an attempt to get our office more paperless and mobile. Plus, our current CM is GIGO. Thanks!

    I am very interested in the VIP plan that you offer for $200. Is that still available? I did not see it on the website.

    Been waffling for about a year wondering how to ditch my present PM software..... only issue i would be concerned about is integration with accounting software...

    • @ArrowConsultants_MistyMurray
      @ArrowConsultants_MistyMurray  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, I agree that one of the biggest issues with Microsoft 365 is that there is no integration with an accounting platform. However, I truly believe that will change, as Microsoft is forming new agreements and bringing in new vendors all the time. I'm vetting a few financial systems right now for some clients - one of them is Financials for Office 365 offered by Capterra.

    This was great, but what do you use for your time tracking and invoicing software?

    • @ArrowConsultants_MistyMurray
      @ArrowConsultants_MistyMurray  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I used TimeSolv. It is a third-party solution, but it integrates with Outlook, which means we can turn emails and events into trackable/billable time. TimeSolv offers a 30-day no obligation trial, and I have a code that gives you 60-days free, which is ARROW365. www.timesolv.com Good luck and let me know if you need anything else! Thanks for watching. I appreciate you 🙂

      @@ArrowConsultants_MistyMurray I actually do have more questions. I am not sure what state you are in, but here in Florida there are many stipulations in the Florida Bar Rules regarding the nonlawyer and attorney relationship.... do you have an email or phone number I can reach you at for a short conversation?
      Thank you so much!
