In the K2er phone settings, try Restart Activation Service. Restart your phone and try again. If none of the above works, it might be due to your phone’s Game Mode. Remove the game from Game Mode and try again.
@@wasdplus unfortunately it doesn't work, efootball crashes as soon as it is started. Also the game crashes even without using the k2er application. Do you have any solution? I'm using a OnePlus Nord phone

If you use 4-way swipe, yes. You can use Dpad and Tap to replace 4-way swipe. Dpad and Tap is for free. But you need to tune its parameters.
