Bro i imported form alibaba supplier via fedex from their end. But in my gst panel i am not getting ITC amount shown. Pls let me know do you also face this? Or is there anyway to get the ITC amount from gst paid on custom duty?
You should have given your GST number to FedEx for the purpose of custom clearance (BILL OF ENTRY). That GST number needs to be mentioned in the BOE for you to be able to claim ITC.
