When Emma forgets to pick Zuri up from school, Jessie punishes her by forbidding her to go to the school dance. Meanwhile, Luke is elated because his crush Rachel has agreed to be his date. When Emma realizes Rachel is going to dump Luke in front of everyone at the dance, she sneaks out to warn him. This all culminates in Jessie showing up at the dance to reprimand Emma but then she realizes what a great big sister Emma has been by trying to protect her brother.
