I don't know exactly what I do, but I can tell you some of my settings. First, I play on Vive. Oculus Quest in particular has issues with recording quality and stability as far as I've observed. I use Camera Plus, main camera in first person, with a Y offset of 0.1 and Z of -0.5. I ensure that in settings, the non-VR resolution is set to 1080p. I use Nvidia Shadowplay to record at 1080p 60fps. To minimize TH-cam compression, I use Premiere Pro to render the videos in 4K. Also I use the technicolor mod for rainbow lights and some thin custom sabers that I like. These ones are called Galaxy V2 (Thick). I used SaberFactory to add a long, solid trail to the sabers for this video, but I often experiment with different trail configurations. Hope this helps, and sorry it took so long to respond. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. Oh, one more thing: I record while playing instead of using replay mod because I don't like how replay camera works.
