Your quite correct Andy you do need your 6 monthly examination when using a man platform , I am an instructor good to here someone must have listened when doing their telehandler ticket !! 👍👍
Can't believe theres a farmer who greases before it starts squeaking!! 😉😂. I used to be bad for not greasing up but after buying one of the g-couple ends it's all easy now. Even the defender gets greased!
You will have to get a bucket of grease, then you can fill ur own gun instead of using cartridges. When filled right from a bucket no air in it all. Great Video as usual well done mate.
Air in the gun not good, i use to give the top where you put the cartridge in a slight turn it soon got rid of the air, just watch you don't turn it to much or the cartridge would fly out, all good fun.
Great video andy, really informative, how long do you keep the jcbs before renewal? Assuming you haven't started the combine can you do a cold start film like John does of jwb?
Your not bleeding that gun right you need to undo the 10mm bolt on the top, pushing that ball bearing in is a waste of time. I have the same gun but use jcb blue grease once it’s bleed up it’s mint !.
Those John Deere grease guns are a pile of shit!! The dewalt is the boy always use John Deere grease in it and never a problem. Keep up the good work. 👍🏻
The six monthly check would come under LOLER. LIFTING OPERATION LIFTING EQUIPMENT REGULATIONS. Total bollocks people aren’t thought to have common sense. But it keeps people in Brussels in a job.

Can definitely recommend a battery grease gun... Very easy to use and gets the job done alot quicker.
Nice video. The only down side to using grease instead of wax oil is muck and dust sicks to grease
Half unscrew the gun then pump it a few times, then do it back up again, works for me everytime,
